do you do lawns and driveways, of just pools?
Where the heck do they find them, and why do they keep sending them here?

I have a theory: they're raised on a plantation somewhere upriver, harvested, cut to length, and floated downstream to market. Although I'm baffled as to why anyone'd want 'em.

Written during the reign of Domitian, by a raving subliterate mushroom-eating lunatic troglodydte on Patmos - NOT by the Apostolic John. Note that John the Nutter said that he never knew the Jesus.
The whole thing is fairly clearly a Preterist allegory, referring mostly to Rome and Nero.
Dratted thing wasn't even included in the Canonical Gospels until the fifth century.
Sheesh.
Now come on Mac, be fair, you know that facts mean nothing to these spittle flecked delusional rant merchants.

There were a multitude of vastly different "Bibles" prior to 400 AD besides the Catholic one that Modern Christians use.

Early Lists Of The Books Of The New Testament

The Muratorian Canon

The Canon Of Origen (A.D. c. 185 - 254)

The Canon Of Eusebius Of Caesarea (A.D. 265 - 340)

A Canon Of Uncertain Date And Provenance Inserted in Codex Claromontanus

The Canon Of Cyril Of Jerusalem (c. A.D. 350)

The Cheltenham Canon (c. A.D. 360)

The Canon Approved By The Synod Of Laodicea (c. A.D. 363)

The Canon Of Athanasius (A.D. 367)

The Canon Approved By The 'Apostolic Canons'(c. A.D. 380)

The Canon Of Gregory Of Nazianzus (A.D. 329 - 89)

The Canon Of Amphilochius Of Iconium (d. 394)

The KJV was compiled from 6 popular bibles of the early 1600s because there were so many contradictory bibles that King James said - "whoa, hang on a moment, what we need is a definitive bible"

http://www.kjvonly.org/other/kj_instructs.htm

And now there are over 200 different versions of the bible in English and who knows how many in other languages.

It is said (but how I do not know because no original exists) that the Vulgate is closest to the scriptures compiled at the council of Nicaea

That's an excerpt from "Jabberwocky", by the Reverend Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. Perhaps you'd know him better as Lewis Carroll*. From "Through the Looking-Glass, and what Alice Found There".
Makes more sense than your ravings, and a lot more fun to read.

Jn 3:16 is the summary of the entire Bible and is enough to sustain everyone, but thanks be to God who kept the whole of it from all you crazy demoniacs who try to expel it from off the earth in every generation!:-)

You're fortunate to have parents like you do who don't give a shit whether you go to Hell or not. We need more unloving parents like that in this world.....you know.... The kind that have allowed them to carry guns to school rather than Bibles. I'm so glad that I was raised as a disrespectful , selfish, and bigoted atheist

The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy."
plus ça change, infant.
How Doth The Little Crocodile...

How doth the little crocodile
Improve his shining tail,
And pour the waters of the Nile
On every golden scale!

How cheerfully he seems to grin
How neatly spreads his claws,
And welcomes little fishes in,
With gently smiling jaws!

But it isn't poet's day yet, Mac. That's Friday.

True, to them. To others it's a case of: scientia est potentia.
