Sevearl methods I use.I either throw things out I keep around, seldom use, rearrange furniture-change something else in the house, buy something so my mind is on that and feel better about something other than the current problem,go out somewhere, and lastly, break something.

I never hit anyone. That is only for self defense or in defense of someone else or an animal being abused.

Talk to your teacher about it. If your teacher says it's your problem, then come up with some creative solutions.

For anger management I like to watch a Bruce Lee movie, rearrange furnture, clean, work out, or I try to do something for somebody else to take my mind off why I'm angry. You have to find what works right for you. Hitting a person never solves the problem, it only creates a bigger one.

Good idea. Seek help. Either for your anger or your marriage. Or both.

No one deals with WHY we have need to become angry. The causes in life. When something in our daily routines goes wrong,or someone does an action against you,why do we do this as a people? It's normal to have anger, its part of our emotional being.Learning to deal with it has little effort put to it.Our civilazation has much to do to bring anger and then there are those easily angered.Causes of anger need to be looked at,make whatever changes in how we live to lessen those episodes.I think this should be studied and applied to daily living. It may be a start in the right direction.

Here is help from God. It is a prayer. You must be 2, in agreement for this prayer to work.
"Spirit of anger, in the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to be silent. Spirit of anger, in the name of Jesus Christ, I bind you, and I command you to leave (name person) immediately. Spirit of anger, in the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to go to the foot of the cross where Jesus will dispose of you. Lord, I now invite you to fill the void left by the departure of that evil spirit with your joy, your love, and your peace. Fill (name person) now, Lord. Thank you, Lord for what you are doing right now. You must say these words with conviction. That is all.

This is for "Concerned"
There may be a Spirit of division, or a Spirit of resentment, or a Spirit of rejection going against you. You can pray with someone, in agreement, and insert the words " Spirit of..." in place of the words Spirit of anger... with that same prayer. You really need to identify the Spirit that is there. If you pray on it, God will reveal its nature to you. Listen to your heart. Of course, he might have a Spirit attached to him, also. He would have to be prayed on too. This will eliminate the root of the problem. I will keep you in my prayers.

This advice works. You may not believe this, but do it anyway and watch:

1. Immediately pray for forgivness of the one who makes you angry.
2. Pray that they find peace of mind from God.

3. Turn it over to God and forget it.

Do this in faith and things will improve.
You deserve to be happy.

When it happens, just remember that pretty soon you'll be out of that school and never see the guy again.

But he'll be stuck living with himself forever!

On a serious note, my humor earlier having missed the point.

I write it down on a piece of paper, what it was that made me mad, or just the person's name. I look at it every hour. Then the next day, when I look at it, my anger has left me and I throw the note away.

Sounds silly, but it helps me.
