I call him a key witness because in spite of aggressive prodding from reporters about "the planes," he clearly called what happened on the upper floors of the World Trade Center "explosions."

Great to hear that Willie Rodriguez's supervisor has gone on the videotape record confirming thathe also heard and felt explosions under the Tower bfore the plane hit.

It's defintely suspicious and the undoubted suppression of the reasons for his death make it ten times more so. But they did the same with 9/11.....they dropped big fat clues all over the place to promote conspiracy theories. Whtever the reasons turn oout to be now for barry's death it will be another abiding conspiracy theory. What we have to do is remove the notion that these things sre conspiracy thoeries any more. We are past that point. These are valid cases with bsolutely piles of evidence to work with (even if it is mostly circumstantial). People have hung on circumstantial evidence before.

I was jut thinking about Mike Rudin, the director of the BBc hit-piece on WTC7. He worked closely with Barry Jennings from what I heard on the making of the documentary. I wonder how he feeks about Jenning's death ?. I bet he didn't think he was getting into such a serious game. I wonder if he has concerns for his own safety ?.What about Sunder of NIST ? If Jennings was murdered or even if there are suspicions that he did these guys will have a pretty good idea who did it. I hope they are sleeping well at night and making sure all the doors are locked.

9/11 has gone way passed being a conspiracy, there are to many facts available for it to be called as such. If they did kill Jennings, what does this mean. Are they getting deperate or bolder. Maybe with a police state moving into place, they just don't care anymore

If they killed him they must have thought that he had more to say. Or else simply as a warning to other potential whistleblowers. I think he had already said all he knew on videotape (I dn't see why he would have held anytthing back when he first told the story) to me it looks like it could be a warning. Interesting that Hess who was with him retracted his story of having heard and felt the same massive explosion as barry Jennings did. Now he says 'was dust and smoke rising'. Fortunately he is on tape with his earlier dmissions. Also interesting is that he has very tight business ties to Guiliani. He has retracted his story SINCE Barry Jennings was reported dead. I think somebody is trying to rewrite history..
