We have the River Campus and I enjoy the shows they bring. Do you think Cape could support a theater venue that would be open for local acts, community theater programs, dance recitals, pageants, and live bands/singers? It would envolve taking an old ran down existing building and gutting and renovating to be an amazing lounge style theater with booths seating 500-800 people... Thoughts?
