Hey I'm sorry to hear all these sad stories. it makes me feel disappointed to be honest. I'm a Turkish guy (born and raised in Canada but still Turkish 100 percent lol) so I wanna say a few things. Not all of us cheat. We're not all controlling or money hungry or two faced. I can get jealous sometimes ( I'm an Aries afterall lol ) but Im still able to keep my temper under control at all times. Not ones of those dudes that throw tantrums and stuff like that lol I also don't believe in beating women that's just wrong and something a punk would do.

Just wanna tell women to be careful out there cuz I know some guys are good actors and can sound really convincing but don't be naive. Watch his actions. Also find out about his background. I see too many women jumping into relationships without really knowing the dudes. That's just unwise.

As for sleeping with lots of women, I personally don't find anything appealing about it. I don't like easy women who put out on the first date or soon upon meeting. Def not wife material. I like a classy woman which unfortunately is very hard to come by these days but I'm still looking for my queen.

Never knew one till I met my ex......no respect for woman or family values. Said he would leave his family for me but only cared about keeping contact with his son...what a dick! I hope he burns in hell. Once I found put the truth about his double life....I was out of there!
Made me realize that mousos don't mix with christians. Girls, run and never look back.....they are all lying, scumbags....The entire country should b nuked! All they r good 4 is their food.

My boyfriends Turkish were both in our early 20s he comes from an upper class family met him thru school. Both live in Boston and he treats me great. Like almost to good to be true he's handsome, smart, and has great fashion sense haha. I think it just depends on the guy of course background plays a role doesn't it for all of us? I'm American but my moms a flight attendant allowing me to be fortunate to travel a lot. There's good and bad ppl everywhere no matter the race, gender, culture.. Listen to your heart not others opinions. Not mine or the person above or below me. The best choice is your own.

I can only tell you that I had a similar situation with a Turk in US...He was the most romantic loving man in the beginning .. I felt like I had found my true love ....and then as time went on if I questioned him on anything (he wasn't available for a call or if I suspected he was pursuing another girl) he would go crazy and get mad at me for not trusting him - and break off with me! Then a few weeks later I would get these texts and phone calls saying how much he loves me.,but I must trust him if we can be together . Like an idiot I was and also the fact that I never dealt with this type of deceptive person in my life I believed him... It happened again and again each time I was more and more brainwashed that it was my fault for not trusting him but all the time I was being played. I have had relatiosnhips with American men, European men - Polish English Dutch etc - I have never met a man like this. They are so deceptive and manipulative and make you believe they are crazy in love with you but then in a matter of a day will be cruel and heartless and throw you in the garbage if you question them or they think they have another opportunity for love....He actually took pictures of stuff I bought him thrown in a garbage can as he texted me that he thought I smelled and broke up with me for questioning him...Can you imagine telling someone you are crazy in love with them and then the next week doing that? However that seemed perfectly normal for him. After 3 years of torture / back and forth finally he broke up with me again for questioning him but this time admitted he cheated..,saying he was sure I was cheating too- which of course I was not. That was over 8 months ago... He still tried to text me and call me.. Finally -Thank God I have not responded to him. But the damage was done and was life changing. It's as if I were put under a spell and my mind wasn't functioning properly. Whatever form of manipulation they use is deadly - which accounts for this forum. The expression "It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all" - I agree is generally true. All of my other ex's are good men who I still have sweet kind memories of even if we had to go separate ways.., but this is not the case here..don't put yourself in harm's way. Nothing good will come of this for you. Just hurt - and loss of self esteem.

<quoted text>Anytime a guy goes overboard and is overly romantic (even though women claim to love this stuff) you should see a big red flag. It's half your fault.

I totally disagree - I have had several very over the top romantic guys who were very sincere and genuine honest guys .., but not Turkish. Don't blame the victim.

I love my Turkish guy with all my heart, but I would like to know why do the majority of Turkish men cheat on their wives. Why do the wives not say anything, even if the know, and how does this impact on the family. Give me reasons why I should give him permission to cheat?
Because they are Muslims, they can have multiple wives and girlfriends. I condemn it

Why don't you find yourself a nice Christian boy?

it doesnt have to do anything with religion Lada Zhiguli cause Islam doesn't give you the right to have wife by law and a lover (or even more then 1) aside ....... But it is common everywhere as I saw to have a wife and mistress ..... There is bad people everywhere ... Unfortunately ..

I am shocked to see so many serious problems about Turkish men and how they act mean.

I am 30 year old man, I have never disrespected women maybe because I have never found love in anyone except my family and some friends.

I am sure there are creatures who call themselves "men"...
I call them insecure.

I believe such problems mostly go both ways, you also have problem either in bed, style or personality. You can't blame all men.

How many times I wished she would pick someone decent, instead she chooses bad guys or extroverts...

Good Luck! Wait for your White Prince...
