Actually you tragic waste of carbon, I have done volunteer work in countries like these worldwide. Its funny that you claim that only white countries are clean, educated... blah blah blah. So please tell me sugar, WHY DOES CHINA BEAT US IN ECONOMICS? WHY DOES JAPAN KICK OUR ASS IN EDUCATION?!?!? In one sense you are correct, but I read something in newsweek not that long ago about the american dollar being viewed as weaker than even currency it currently is "stronger" than. something about the quagmire of Iraq and China kicking our ass economically. Let me look around for the article and I'll get a link up before to long!

Exchange rates doesn't care about this war. If it did, the US$ would be priced accordingly. It has to go with the government pegging their currency to the US$. I'm no foreign exhange trader nor follow the region but china along with other countries have cheated by having their currency pegged. It it were to float (which I believe it did in July but with limitations on how much it can increase in value), the Yuan would increase in value (due to their thriving economy) but it would end up hurting their thriving economy by making their exports less profitable. Maybe that is what you meant.
