Of course she wants domestically produced oil. her husband works for BP, and she wants Alaska to get the $$$$$.

Why isn't she pushing for alternative technologies? Because it doesn't bring $$$ in to HER.

Its that simple.

Oh.

Another thing.

I wonder how she feels about the 20-year old Exxon Valdez oil spill. You know, the one that they are STILL cleaning up? Oil companies are not known for being responsible environmentaists.

Its rather sad that someone who cares so little about the environment and wildlife would be blessed with the most pristine region on earth. With her at the helm, it won't be for long.

She knows nothing about American foreign policy.

She wanted to remove Alaska from the United States.

She's under investigation for shenanigans right now and there are more coming.

She preaches abstinence only and this quite obviously works in her house about as well as it does in the rest of society.

She's where she is right now because John McCain finds her sexually attractive.

Tell me something - she claims Mr McCain has the experience needed to be President. She has none of what is needed to be President so why should anyone want her a heartbeat away from it?

Are you folks so desperate to replace the failed GW Bush with another Republican that you'll accept a hairdo in a dress and a soon to be 80 year old in failing health who is a carbon copy of Bush?

How sad for you folks...

Sarah is a awful speaker! She should work on her oratory skills if she want's to lead the country. But, mabey she doesn't need to, Bush can't speak either and he held the job for 8 years. Surely if elected she will become president. McBush has one foot in the grave the other on a banana peel. I am not impressed buy Mrs. Palin, perhaps she should just walk across stage and smile pretty like its a beauty pageant, I might give her a score or 7 then. Now as VP candidate she gets a 2!

McCain's handlers.

They're "briefing" her, dontcha know.\

Yeah, and she's "gonna make a GREAT Vice President!" as the "deer in the headlights" Stepford Wife/Minnesota Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann repeated ad nauseum on Larry King the other night.

Between Michele and Sarah, I really don't know who is more ignorant or who is more brainwashed by the "I hate women" party that uses them as doormats or party favors.

More Republican ignorance from someone who can't even use spellcheck. Thanks for being a great example of exactly what is wrong with this country.

Although she came across tough and formidable, her speech was simplistic. If was as if she was speaking to a convention of high school kids rather than sophisticated adults. She clearly doesn't have a clue as to what getting things done in Washington is all about...I'd give her a B+ for effort and poise, and a C+ for content.

I disagree. For Sarah Palin to stand up there so proudly and give such a dynamic and tough speech, she needs to be commended!!

While she is taking jobs at "community organizers", these are the people who are working in small towns and cities to get them elected.

You are a Woman Hater! No surprise you support Obama who disrespected Hillary the pride of his party! In my opinion all women will be vindicated on November 4th when McCain/Palin claims Victory!!

I am not buying this speech although it was good. She needs to do interviews with some hard-hitting questions and stop ducking and hiding from the media.
