false advertising

I was changing flights in st louis mo airport. I walk into a gift shop named "HUDSON" in terminal E. They have a set of juniors "hoody & pants" labeled on a sign $34.99. When I got to register the attendant rings up the pants and the hoody separately. All other hoodies in the store were between $14.99 and $24.99. When I explained to the attendant that this is considered "false advertising" all she replied is "im sorry" .
Then another employee gives me the phone # to the store general manager, so I called, and he said "sorry".

This is a rip off. Legally an item has to be sold to you as advertised.

I hope someone does something about this.
