slice a French bread or bolillos
spread a cream cheese
add some mild or hot Giardiniera in oil (can be bought at Aldi groceries, or others)

Try this one.
Lay a flour tortilla out and put some cheese slices on half, then add some roasted Ortega pepper slices (canned type) and top with a bunch of alfalfa sprouts.
Fold in half and fry in hot butter, flip once till brown on each side.

Hi andet and A Tree :-)
The food you both mentioned sounds good. I'll have to try it.
