what a sad thing to say about anybody. Usually I find that someone that is critical of what someone else looks like is actually self conscious themselves, forcing them to judge others so that they can feel better about themselves. When the truth is, that instead of them worrying about looks, they should focus on their own lack of grammar.

I think it's wrong to judge and categorize all Mexican Men as short and ugly. I also think that most people stereotype Mexican men as being uneducated and border jumpers. They are not all dishwasher and bus boys. I am a white american woman and my husband was born in Mexico to a well to do family and lived there until he was in High School. I met him in graduate school while we were both pursuing our MBA here in the states. Both of his parents are doctors. His mom is an OBGYN and his dad is an MD. He did not need to marry me to obtain a green card or his citizenship. In fact he obtained his citizenship before we were married and was already pulling in a six figure income working at an oil company while in grad school. He is extremely handsome and is not short by any means. I am 5'5 and he is 6'1. We go to Mexico every summer to visit his family and we have the best time there. They are all very nice and funny. I know that Americans have a terrible stereotypical view of Mexicans but please know that they are not all like that.

I love how u people stereotype a nationality for what u have seen Mexico has a variety of ethnicities...there are the "criollos'(Indian-spanish mix) the indian (That are the ones usually that come to work to the US), and Euro mexicans there are european colonies in Mexico german and italian and some other ones...

I am mexican and neither short or ugly im a 6'0 ft tall paisa and I must admit Im good looking (LOL)

I live in a part of the country where Mexicans live and work. The vast majority of them are short. I never really saw them as ugly. I have often wondered why they are so short,and they are. Many of them are shorter than most American woman.It is just an observation. I have often thought how intimidated they must feel around average American men knowing they could easily get their butt kicked by most any American man they meet. I just wonder how they really feel about themselves as men. No racism intended.

Short does not equate ugly. Some short people have far better looking face and body than taller people. Its all on the individual.

I would imagine most people would rather be an extremely handsome 5ft 8in rather than those ugly looking basketball players you get in the NBA, for example. Most of them look very ugly.

that is very true.

during my younger days, i participated in gay beauty contest. i was the shortest one. yet i was the WINNER, not second nor third. i may be small and short, but i have the symmetry. it not how tall or short you are. it's how symmetrical your face and body are.
