Uh huh.
Do you really think you can surpass me in manipulating matter and energy? You possess the knowledge and understanding to take complex machines apart and reconstruct? You can put up buildings, move heavy equipment by yourself, or a wide variety of other dealings in this real physical world? Where did you get those skills?
What skills of those type do you have?

All those you mentioned are theories and I do agree with you,
But some theories have higher percentage to be true , some theories are 99% accurate some are not, there is a wide scale .
I don't have a problem with the evolution theory on different creatures, But the human evolution is something i will never accept
Evolution itself is a proven scientific fact. The theory of evolution explains how it happens not if it happened. Just like the theory of gravity explains how gravity works not if gravity exists or not. Gravity is as proven a fact as evolution. Your refusal to believe in evolution is nothing more than fundi denial. You deny whatever conflicts with your cherished life after death fairytale and the fact you even write that it is something you will NEVER accept proves what a small closed mind you have.

Dave always has to lie and misrepresent the atheists position. He does this because he (theists) is the only one making conclusions and it makes him a bit uncomfortable so he lies and attributes other baseless conclusions to the atheists.
Your brand of atheists keep changing your position. Why you like to redefine words, science, and history so much. But there is a general pattern to it. Diametrically opposed to reason and logic.

Dr Bucaillias book says Moses Pharaoh was Rameses II.
He provides NO evidence for any Pharaoh drowning.
All he says is “He most probably died either from drowning according to the scriptural narrations, or from very violent shocks preceding the moment when he was drowned or both at once"
He is purely presuming Pharaoh drowned. He offers NO physical evidence.
On page 157 he writes “I regret to say that definitive pronouncements cannot be made by the time this book goes to print.”
Lesions on bones are scars often caused by cancer. They are not broken bones.
A lacunae is a cavity in the bone.
Neither of these would be caused by drowning.
that answer makes me assume that you read the Royale Mummies book 1912 or that you have a very high of knowledge of examining mummies and the history of pharaohs.

So, are you saying then as our knowledge of physics increase suddenly things like, how two of all the animal species from the entire earth, even the ones land locked by thousands of miles of ocean, came to gather in the middle east for a ride in a boat so enormous that modern boat builders have determined a boat that big couldn't be constructed out of wood because it's strength to weight ratio is not great enough to keep it from breaking in half under it's own weight... and then these 2 of each species ran/swam back to all corners of the earth again to repopulate? I don't think an increase in our understanding of the laws of physics will make this any more believable. RR, it's amazing, but if people want to believe something bad enough, no matter how unbelievable it may be, they'll find a reason to. Just like Rod said.

Ah, I missed the quotation marks, my bad.
Don't ya think that every time we overcome one thing, something else rears it's ugly head, making us less civilized?
Also, what is civilized is relative, IMO.
In my opinion, we will fail to ever become an advanced civilization. If we continue the way we're headed I wouldn't bet on more than a couple hundred more years. Our biggest challenges lay yet ahead... hunger, energy shortages, increasing pollution, massive overpopulation and it's associated diseases etc. But forget all that for the time being... until we learn how to get along without blowing the shit out of our fellow human beings every day we aren't advancing anywhere.

all i can say, sir, is that in much the same way you educate yourself and believe what you learn and experience, i do the same.

i.e., an atheist will embrace and run with certain ideas tho they're only theories; i exercise my faith the same way only towards God and not the fickle and ever changing 'scientific community'. exercising one's faith in a certain direction is a moral choice of the will!

Except faster to:

"hunger, energy shortages, increasing pollution, massive overpopulation and it's associated diseases etc"

Lovely logic you have. You really understand priorities. Darwin would be proud of you.

Better get off your scientific butt, big boy and get crackin'. You are the one facing that nightmare. The world population has doubled since I was a boy, the state I grew up in is 6 times what it was by immigration to it from all over the world.

Things happen faster than you think.

1912? Don't you think that in the last hundred years we might have discovered a lot more about ancient Egypt and the Pharaohs?

What no one has discovered is any evidence for Israelis in Egypt or any Pharaoh drowning.

Pharaoh was the government. It meant Great Palace. The name was later used for individuals.

They are known to be anonymous by Biblical scholars who actually research the gospels. As a good example see "Jesus Interrupted" and/or "Misquoting Jesus" by Bart Ehrmann M.Div,PhD, who is currently the James A. Gray Distinguished Professor of Religious Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Also see the book "Sins of Scripture" By retired Bishop John Shelby Spong.

By not educating yourself on both sides of the question you are doing yourself a great dis-service and doing exactly what your handlers want.
