It is his intention to be duplicitous, it is a defense mechanism to avoid dealing with the fact that his precious BibleGod has failed him. There is no way he is going to stop. If his BibleGod appeared in front of him and said stop being duplicitous RR would do what he does with everything else written in the Bible and that is give it the finger and say no way, not today or any day.
This is why it is a waste of time responding to him.
You're just tired of me schooling your stupid ass.

Oh- are you submitting that as a possibility for a new user name for yourself, RR?

You need some more schooling, I see.

You are entitled to your opinion.
Even if it's wrong.
Uh, no.....my opinion is NOT wrong and actually, it's not opinion, but is actually FACT.

Emotions stem from and form in the BRAIN.

No soul required and all the more as there is no more proof of the existence of souls than there is proof of the existence of any god.

And if you truly believe that emotions come from the soul, then logic dictates you believe that animals have souls since it IS fact that non-human animals also have emotions and MANY of the same emotions we humans have.

That was not God, Mr Dahmer. That was Jeremiah, writing down a prophecy of what he thought.

You're a liar.

Yeah, didn't think you could answer that so you resort to more riverdancing.

Is there any evidence to the contrary?

If there were evidence then it would be ignorant to deny that evidence however there is NONE, therefore the statement is valid and it is ignorance to claim otherwise

Uhm...I think her experience was pretty awful, and it's very sad it happened. I just wish it made her compassionate instead of nasty.
I might have put it more gently.

All of us have had setbacks in life, and have choices as to how to deal with them.

We can develop the mentality of a victim, wallow in misery, complain about our sorry lot (Serah is an example).

We can become embittered and angry, like nano, and lash out at others, put them down, insult them over and over.

Or we can gather our resources to overcome the obstacles we face; attempt to fill our half-empty glass; become a more fulfilled person.

It's up to each of us to choose our path; nano has chosen poorly and pays a heavy price for it.

How many other Biblical "Prophecies" would fall into that general category?

(You're aware that Jeremiah's name is the source word for "jeremiad", meaning a seemly endless list of complaints?)

Writing down what he thought his god thought, rather like much else in the babble. Note that there are NO passages attributed to god but only to stoned goat herders, escaped slaves etc.

And remember that Reverend Alan QUOTED the verse number in which Jeremiah was talking about his god. Does that make RA a liar?

However I am not surprised that you are selective about what you think your god wrote and what you don’t think your god wrote.

LOL. God's favorite person was gay.
2 SAM. 1:26, "David said, "I am distressed for thee, my brother Jonathan: very pleasant hast thou been unto me: thy love to me was wonderful, passing the love of women"
That verse isn't about homosexuality. What he is saying is that their friendship bond is stronger than physical attraction.

You've never had a best friend?
