<quoted text>Yes, it is a way to poke fun, but it also makes a point. Christians always like to point out that "not all scientists are darwinists," and while this is technically true, it is meaningless, which is what "project steve" is meant to highlight.
How in the world is "project steve" an attack? You made a fallacious claim about not all scientists "believing" in evolution, and I used project steve to point out the flaw in your logic. Not an attack. "That's how 'evolutionist' roll?" Lol. I'm not attacking you. Goodness. And I did provide proof for my claim about chromosome two, which is only a tiny, tiny portion of the overall evidence for evolution. If you can't find evidence for evolution, you aren't looking.
Yes, religious men have made scientific discoveries. So?
Actually, the fact that "not all scientists are darwinists," isn't meaningless nor is it fallacious at all, particularly when a Darwinist claims all scientific data presented by a Christian is biased or irrelevant. Project Steve isn't pointing out a flaw in logic...it simply pokes fun at christians in an attempt to diminish the truth...which is...Christian Scientists have and still do present factual scientific data. Project Steve is clearly an infantile attacking rebuttal by evolutionist when Christians merely point out the fact that objective Christian scientists have made remarkable discoveries.

I can find evidence both for and against evolution. But the one thing that is for sure, the theory of Evolution violates two laws of science. The Second Law of Thermodynamics (law of increasing entropy) and the Law of Biogenesis. And, on chromosome 2, unless you object to reading scientific data on a Christian site, here's some good scientific research that shows there is NOT clear evidence of the fusion. http://creation.com/chromosome-2-fusion-2

Atheist: "There is no gods"
Theist: "Prove it"
Atheist: " It's YOUR STUPID RELIGION!!"
No, you're trying that burden-of-proof BS again.

It doesn't work.

There's no evidence to support the existence of any deity.
Therefore, there's no reason to believe in one.
Therefore, I don't.

If you have any evidence, I'd be fascinated.

If you have proof, I'll have to believe.

Waiting.

Ya they're Christians, albeit rather strange....
The WB people do not represent Christians, they're atypical.
True- the biggest representatives of Christianity are Catholics with at least half of all Christians worldwide claiming to be Catholic.

You don't know who Christian Scientists are???

http://www.beliefnet.com/Faiths/2001/06/What-...

Wow- first you tried to insist that Catholics aren't Christians and now you put even more of your ignorance on display about the religion you profess to believe in, follow, adhere to and obey.

And really, RR- instead of MOCKING those who actually do research and use google as a means to do so, you might want to resort to doing research more yourself before posting such ignorant questions.

I honestly don't think RR did know what you were talking about.

And really- since when has RR had to work at being obtuse? He comes by it SO naturally!

<quoted text>Do you know why it's not gonna happen? Because there is no good evidence against evolution. It does not exist. There is no such thing as a "darwinist" site, that's like saying that a site explaining the theory of relativity is a "gravitologist" site. There are scientific sites, sources, etc, and there are non scientific sources. If there was any good evidence against evolution, or an equally rigorous competing theory, it would be on.... scientific sites! Imagine that.
No, probably it wouldn't...because in the scientific world of today...it's politically incorrect to refute evolution. And, really, there's no need for nit-picking...I'm fairly certain you understood what I meant by Darwinist site...clearly, any website that upholds the Darwinist theory. But I get it...the more flaws and errors you can't point out in my posts...the better you feel about yourself. I'm sure I'll have you feeling like the smartest person alive in no time at all. I'm not a bio-physicist, geneticist, or scientist of any kind. I don't claim or try to pretend to be intellectually above others, and I don't purposely attempt to find flaws as a means of belittling others. But please, if it makes you feel better to do so...have at it.:)

<quoted text>Humans have biases. The purpose of the scientific method is to reduce or remove them. Evolution research is guided by the scientific method, apologetics is not.
And I seriously doubt you'd have much luck defending the assertion that "evolutionists need to believe in evolution." We do not believe our salvation depends on the hallowed archaeopteryx. I "believe" in evolution because it would be perverse not to; the evidence is overwhelming to the point that it would be absurd for me to deny it. If a better explanation were to come along, I would have no problem changing my views.
Oh please...gimme a break here. The amount of time, effort and money spent on research in the attempt to prove the theory of evolution clearly exhibits the NEED for evolutionists to believe in evolution.

seriously???

what happens whenever an egotistical communist/socialist/humanist/a theist regime takes control of a government? usually the genocide of their perceived undesireables, no?
