I think General Foods bought it several years ago and killed the brand.

I don't know, honestly. I think it'd be wrong to punish all the good people for the crimes of the bad ones. Giving up is not an option. we have to do something. "Give everyone a gun"? No. Allow everyone to purchase a gun? Yes.
I'm happy with "my" society - that is; the place where I live & where my kids are growing up. We don't have mass murders, big gang problems, meth lab explotions, gay parades :), etc. We have a fairly normal life.
Right.

We all saw Riverside on the news.

Wonderful place...

See kiddo, I can only imagine the rough childhood you had growing up. The experiences that no child should have experienced. The feeling of fear, and hate that was forced upon on you.
As for me, other than those childhood memories my childhood was awesome. You should read my "Taking of Donkey Kong" story one day. It reads like it was made up, but every thing in it was funny
My parents always said "Don't ever start a fight. Look for alternatives to it. But if you are forced into a corner, finish it and finish it quickly."
Excellent advice.

Common misconceptions and stigmas exist around people who own guns. Society tends to believe that gun owners, in general, are either irresponsible owners or criminals. However, the majority of criminals simply do not go and purchase a gun through legal means, that is to say, go to a store, purchase the gun, and then go through the registration process which in some states requires a waiting period to before you receive the firearm.

The growing number of guns that leave the hands of registered owners and fall into the hands of illegal arms dealers is the biggest concern relating to firearms. You might be wondering how this happens, usually one of two ways: first off, thousands of firearms are reported stolen every year only to be turned around and sold and secondly, thousands of gun owners die each year, leaving their firearms inaccurately registered. Both of which cause major influxes of guns to the black market.

Many surveys suggest criminals obtain their weapons through this illegal firearms market. One study indicated that in 37 percent of their arrests the criminal said they could obtain a gun in less than a week, while another 20 percent said they could get a firearm in a day or less. Therefore the biggest problem is not that cities either have too many or too few laws pertaining to gun control, but more the amount of firearms (mostly handguns) that are sold each year on the black market.

Sorry this is so long, and a cut and paste job, but it was easier than trying to remember it all.

The Priest is speaking at mass. This hispanic man
walks into the church and down the aisle to the
alter and falls on his knees and starts praying.
He prayed for a time while all of the church is
watching him. He then looks up above the table
as if he sees someone there and begins nodding his
head. Yes, yes. He kept nodding his head.
I knew Jesus was standing there behind the table
speaking to him. Invisible. The man continued
nodding to him. I told my husband "look" he is talking
to him. My husband said "I don't see anything".
The man finally got up and went to the Virgen de
Guadalupe and started praying to her. The Priest
kept talking and I don't think he even noticed
that Jesus was there. The man left the church.
That was a terrible joke.

What's the punch line?

Did you even read this thing? The Southern States?*What* "southern states?? The Bill of Rights was ratified in **1791.**

What or how many "southern states" were there in 1791?

Do you *really* believe the Second Amendment was written during the Civil War???
