Actually God does have proof, you would be surprised.
Only if it would be revealed, which it won't be, so it's a non-issue.
I myself wouldn't believe him if there was no actual historical evidence,
You believe ANYTHING that your parents tell you to believe simpleton. And you'll like it.

Why is it that religious people have to always go to extremes? I never said anything of that nature.

I don't want easy. I want truth.
<quoted text>
Science is truth, and the truth is all you need.
<quoted text>The absence of proof in this case is a myth, based on human superstition. The saying goes "the truth will set you free" not "the - made - up - truth will set you free". BIG difference.
Lol! Relax kiddo! I was just kidding. And that statement was from my fun, cynical side.
Not my religious side.
Your soooo sensitive.... Lol!:)
I could quote Jesus about he being the truth, but you've already heard that.
Your truth? My truth? They don't have to be contradictory you know. Sometimes two things can be equally true.

I've only sipped it and am not convinced. I will agree that great evil exists in this world and that there are people who will do evil to achieve their agenda. Always has been, always will be.
Quite a few folks like that in my town too.

For some of the more *enlightened* ones, when it happened, their most voiced complaint was >>> sports cancellations.

Then, in the following weeks, they got their sports back... and somehow also found time to become experts on the physics of building collapse, metallurgy, politics, Islam, and whatever else they could torture into "proof" of a conspiracy.

They didn't like me very much at all... for not being smart enough to comprehend events and evidence at their level.

Not unbiased historians. Try again.
<quoted text>
Not by sane people.
What we do know about "jesus" is that "he" was based on a myth, which was based on another myth. This is provable and documented. In fact, when christianity first started Pope Leo X, privileged to the truth because, well... he was after all the pope, made this statement, "What profit has not that fable of Christ brought us!" . You know what your religion wants you to know. Common sense and the truth prove otherwise.
everyone has bias; otherwise they wouldn't have a view point. like your bias that you keep expressing over and over.

So science doesn't know the mysteries of the universe?
But why do some people act like they know it all then?

We as humans do not know everything, though some humans may know pretty much everything that is known.
That still may not be very much,
when compared to everything we want to know.
I guess as long as we know everything we really need to know, then we wont have problems functioning in society.
But some of us know far too much to function smoothly within it.

The greatest thing to know I think is that, we don't know everything.
Knowing that leaves room to learn something new.:)
