Is a racially equal society necessary? I don't think it is. We can certainly accept that individual ability determines an 85 percent black NBA outcome and these are some of the most lucrative job positions in the country so why can't we just ensure everybody gets equal opportunity and then let the chips fall where they may? That is the essence of fairness, not forced equality. An obsession over a world of racial equality is pointless for it does not exist nor will it ever exist until we are all so intermixed genetically that we become one race.
