You keep supporting my assertions while still saying I am wrong. I also stated, quite a bit actually, that everyone's dietary needs will differ and must be customized to their needs. Animal flesh is actually very easy for digestion, though. Grains are not easy to digest and that is why they come out the same way they go in.<quoted text>I did. I stated that grain is NOT a filler though it is sometimes USED as such.
I also stated that starches are NOT the way to go- not if you have high blood sugar, diabetes or are looking to lose weight.
And I also stated that it is ANIMAL FLESH which is not easily digested.
But really, kitten- come ON- you're having what is intended to be a full meal ( a Tyson frozen dinner) as a SNACK between meals?
How is a Tyson TV dinner a full meal? Perhaps for a 10 year old, yes. People inhale entire bags of chips in single sittings, tons of skinny people do that a lot. I have a small portion of meat, less than a cup of potatoes and corn, and you think that's a full meal? Only if you're one of the people who's body will actually store fat.
