You must have died yesterday, when YOUR president stood up and said 'In God we Trust' and 'God have mercy on this nation" and 'God Bless all these families and children' and 'God bless America'.
That's unfortunate. I hadn't heard. But it's no surprise.

Do you even know when Chanukkah is, or what and when Kwanzaa is celebrated?

I have little interest. I simply wish those who do care about them a happy holiday.

Why not the Muslim Ramadan?
You have no idea when Ramadan is, do you?

I think that Westboro Baptist Church got a lot of things right, they just forgot to be target specific to the likes of you.
That church has been a huge asset for us.

That's not nice.

You might not like my opinions about your church, about faith, about your god, and about your bible. But I haven't attempted to diminish or dehumanize you personally like that.

Lol, you atheists have a fallacy for everything...

I call it your scapegoat fallacy.

Well said.
I brought up a point to RR on another thread about the Christian majority impeding progress. He is still asking why a non-believer would spend so much time arguing about something they don't believe in. This is just one of many reasons why a non-believer would care about what believers do, and even about what they believe.
Christians don't impede progress, we help it along.

I think you're confusing modern Christians with medieval Christians.....

well, ok, a bit harsh.
The X is used to scratch your name off the list of those entitled to go to Heaven, you extremely evil nag twit. You will be in Hell instead.

And for good justifiable reasons.

<quoted text>No truth in faith, now that is strange. So, you have no truth in the faith that your mom loves you or that your dad was not gay. You say that Jesus was gay, that he never existed and that there is no god, yeah, you need counseling. It is sad and a fact, that delusional hate bigots like you, who are prone to serial killing, always claim that normal living is cult living.
You go with those ethics in atheism, and we will keep see the constant destruction that you are surrounded by and the self hatred that causes your kind to flip out.
Well put. It's high time to crush atheism and rid our world of the filth it teaches, reflects, and promotes through its mentally diseased followers such as krawl44.

As Christians, it amazes me how much we get accomplished considering all the time it takes to drop everything and clean up the messes we have to clean up left by the crimes and violence committed by the selfish acts of atheists.

Atheists are chained with fear and lies. That's why they rant all the time, never pleased with their self-inflicted delusions and deceptions.

Yh u r right too, but i'm believing the film editing thing.

But some phenomena can't be due to coincidence or film editing.

Actually, I don't think we agree on what progress is.

Here are some issues in which there are disagreements:

Stem cell research
Prison reform
The war on drugs
Foreign policy
Energy policy

The Religious Right and the Christian majority that they control impede progress in these areas.

By opposing same sex marriages, they also impede by wasting time on an issue that should be a no-brainer.
