Yeah. Based on my personal experience the women that I encountered definitely didn't want to stick out or get special attention - if anything, they wanted to just blend in.

So they sub it out to ...um men.
Only a few women are cut out for construction.
There used to be a Canadian woman in here that was , but thats been awhile back , can't remember her handle, but she was pretty cool :)
