Well, most of us did. You pull the average down.

My question to Dave was quite valid - an IQ test most assuredly does not test Intelligence. It tests how well people perform on an IQ test; in other words, it tests the cultural knowledge deemed appropriate by whoever the test writers are.

Yes, Ringo, your loving deity asked you to come on here and spew hatred - because hatred is clearly the message Jesus got across to you, you do it so well, He's proud.

You believe your god is Benevolent. You believe He Benevolently and Lovingly Created hell to torture His Creations forever - because that's what a loving and benevolent all powerful deity does with His spare time.

How can you be this stupid?!? How can you be so utterly devoid of sense that such crap makes sense to you??? And if it does, why do you act like such an idiot? Your all powerful, benevolent hell sending god is watching you be mean to others, moron.

You have all eternity to regret turning your back on those squealing warthogs from hell you adore. They are not happy with you Katie. You should be preaching about their charms, naming them, giving invitations publicly for all to surrender to them. Those cute little fiends who mean so much to you, the ones you love so much, cannot be happy Katie.
You know that, right? They are going to torture you in ways you haven't yet dreamed. Not to worry. Forever don't last long. Screwtape will be first in line. In fact, I think I smell something putrid burning right now.

That's typical. I've seen that opinion on these threads. I've got a good one for you:

I was a hospice medical director for much of the nineties, including during the years that the Clintons were fighting unsuccessfully to bring universal medical coverage to America.

I got a notice to see a new patient who had had a brain tumor resected at about age 62 while uninsured. It wiped him out financially, and left him living alone in a trailer, heavily in debt. When he was about nine months form Medicare age, he began experiencing a recurrence of the tumor as headaches, which he declined to have investigated because of the cost and his proximity to free care.

Nine months later, when Medicare kicked in, he found a doctor, got an MRI of the brain, and was straight-away referred to hospice because of widely metastatic, stage 4 brain cancer.

As I was driving to his home, I thought about what a poster child for universal health care that this man was, and I was weepy for him.

When I arrived at his trailer park space, I saw his pick-up truck parked there with a commonly seen bumper sticker in that day featuring caricatures of Bill and Hillary, and with the caption “twin air bags.”

Unbelievable. As you suggested, this is how these weak-minded people are co-opted by their enemies to work against their own interest, just as they are now with their rants of socialism as their social safety net is being dismantled.

But of course, it's not just theirs, and that is why I call that contingent the retarded brother. He's giving away the store "for a pocketful of mumbles, such are promises"

<quoted text>
That's because you don't have the criminal gangs, drug dealers and illegal immigrants that we have here. The Crips, the Bloods, MS 13, the Mexican Mafia, the Cholos, and all their various sub-groups are the ones that are responsible for the majority of murders here. They are also protected as "social organizations" by the idiot, runny sphincters of the ACLU.
<quoted text>
I don't; it's just one of many issues I take into consideration when I vote.
I also had my home almost broken into one night, while I was at home. A guy tried to break in through the back door; Marlowe raised hell, and I bluffed with, "Get the fuck outta my home, I'll shoot you dead!"
Then I called my dad--he's a retired Marine--and he and Mom stayed with me the rest of the night. The next day, we went to a gun store and he paid for my Beretta 92F. I'll tell you, that California fifteen-day waiting period was the longest of my life.
<quoted text>
I plan on having both. Without the right to have the means of self-defense, nothing much else really matters.
As I said I completely understand your point of view given the circumstances in the US concerning the easy availability of firearms. If I were in your position I would feel the same to be quite honest, however the people I am talking about have the rationale that if they don't have the right to bear arms King George and his Redcoat minions will return and institute a monarchy, such is the level of functionality of their walnut sized brains.

As for the ACLU: if you pride yourself on "due process" which as a lawyer I sometimes quite envy, you cannot criticise the ACLU who make sure that it is not erroded. You yourself would insist on due process of law if you found yourself in the dock would you not?

but it is as we say here, "swings and roudabouts".

In law we over here have moved away from the due process model in favour of the "crime control" model which reverses the burden of proof and places the onus on the defence in certain circumstances.

We do not have the doctrine of "Fruit of the poisoned tree" so if I carry out an illegal search of your house and find guns and drugs, the jury will be notified that the search was illegal but that probative value of the products of the search outweight their prejudicial effect and they will be admitted. We have no doctrine of "probable cause" and I can be stopped on the street and searched, I know; you're probably horrified, but stop and search powers are a relic from the time of the IRA and many crimes have been detected and prevented because of them.

We live in different countries with different systems, we have much in common but we differ in key areas. We have an established religion which is dying a death so I don't think I need a 92f(sig p226 is my personal favourite) to protect myself when the blue rinsed ladies and the archbishop of Canterbury come to forcibly convert me.

Have a wonderful day. ;0)

That's what I said. You don't know which one you took. Try Gf.

You are and your co-infidels are spoiled babies. You have no idea -none, absolutely zero- what life is about. You have no concept of the warring principalities and the fighting in realms unseen that consume the real universe. Don't think this is a playground for immature brats with time to kill.

We occupy a war zone, every inch of it, and every second we live we dwell in the midst of a raging battlefield. It is bloody and gory and reality. We are here as morning dew, burned away by the afternoon sun.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Not one of these deviant infidels is here to seek GOD.

LOL. That's rich. You have no morals values at all that aren't stolen or defective.
Remember this, when I asked you several times to name EVEN ONE original moral teaching of Jesus and you failed :
http://www.topix.com/forum/topstories/TOCO8TE...
You mentioned the Jews, but you stole your Old Testament from them. You stole the Ten Commandments. You stole the commandment that says "Thou shalt not steal." You're thieving magpies.
Maybe you remember this:
<quoted text>
You'd just encapsulated why your Christian morality is inferior morality. It's fundamental moral principle is that anything attributed to the god is moral - anything. If you believe that your god instructed you to throw acid in a child's face, you would not only do it, but you would consider it good. That's why you're so upset about your god being accused of rape - or genocide, or infanticide. It's not because he isn't alleged to have done those things. It's because you bristle at it being judged immoral.
You do whatever somebody can convince you that your vile god wants:
"The god of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully."--Richard Dawkins
You attack the idea of the morality of God by attacking a straw man - things people might erroneously attribute to God.

And Richard Dawkins is a liar and a bufoon. Makes sense you would quote him.
