Why do people think all Black People are related?

I'm black. Why do people think that if I go to a store or a restaurant that all the black people are my parents? Or, if I'm buying something at a counter, people look past the white people surrounding me and say the black people (who i've never seen before) are my parents. Also people think that if I'm with a black friend, even a guy, that we're brothers or we'll going out, even if we don't look alike. I hang out with a lot of white people not ever have people asked me if I'm related or dating them. I understand that obviously I might not be related though. These are just my thoughts
