If you are 40 give or take a few years, white, and live where there is a large black population, you have noticed as I have. That is, blacks, especially their children do not have a concept of where they are at any given moment. Of course there are very few exceptions.
If you fall into the category above, you know that a visit to a public place: Shopping, school, library, mall, etc. all have blacks running around like it's a playground. They have yet, as a whole, to have an understanding that one acts a certain way in a specific place. They, especially their kids, act the same no matter where they are; hence, they are loud at a library, cell phones, talk or converse as if they were in the front yard. Same is true in schools. That is why they are very much behind other races. They never shut up. The sad part is, they have not progressed at all in the past 30-45 years, in fact, they are worse. They will always be a pain in the ass. If you have the money, move as far away from them as possible. Don't expose your kids to their lifestyles of chaos and drugs.

I'm sure that there are many non-black children who are ritalin cases. Maybe not in a mall or a library, but possibly places in Alabama where they grow up and shoot a dozen people.

Well, you just have shitty neighbors. I bet if the parents who told you to fuck off didn't get a switch swiped across their asses like many of the elders in my family have. As a result of a lack of being taught to respect peoples property when they were younger, they themselves have bad kids.

And about 80% of my family members are productive and positive because their parents "beat that butt" when they did wrong.

If they mess with your property, call the police. If the parents want revenge for that happening, wait til they buck and call the police again. If problems still persist, practice your 2nd amendment rights and get a lawyer if things get too ugly.

Or just simply put a fence around your property and/or ex-communicate them. Simple.
