This is funny coming from Hillary. It's interesting that no one, not even the GOP, was calling for anyone on BJ (Bill Jefferson) Clinton's administration to resign when he/they fired ALL 93 US attorneys in a single day. Now Hillary's outraged at such a thing and calling for hearings. Did SHRILLary's entire memory just evaporate out of her head?? Perhaps she recalls another incident where SHE called for the firings of the entire White House travel office? Hillary for President?? With a selective memory like that?? I think not.

Hillary why can't you just shut your mouth. You and Slick Willy are the ones that should have resigned. You are both bad examples.

It was OK for Bubba to fire 93 attorneys. The Attorney General is the boss and these people serve at the pleasure of the President. It is none of your business. People have jobs like this. I had one and could be let go with 120 day notice of my anniversary. If the President did not notify me,it meant I had another year. If a new President came in,that person could give me the door or demote me ASAP. That was in my contract.

Usually an administration creates their own scandels when they get in office, if silly Hillery gets elected she will be brining more then enough scandels with her

I think Hillary Clinton needs to get her facts straight. Most presidents have fired U.S. Attorneys. Her husband is the only president to fire all 93 at one time!

NY senators Hillary and Schumer are cooperating in fighting President Bush Administration and trying to take it down by blaming the White House of "imaginary conspiracies" day in and day out.
For Hillary and Schumer it does not matter that Hillary herself with Bill Clinton fired all the 93 federal attorneys in 1992 under Attorney General Reno after that they served the previous President H. Bush and were “suspected” to be have "Republican genes" with no questions asked by the senate.
However, it is all about hypocrite and disingenuous Hillary Clinton, her lying and denial of the truth, saying whatever someone would like to hear from her.
After the trial of Fitzgerald against Libby that was seen by the GOP as political anti-war trial which was designed to go after the White House personal because of the war in Iraq, the White House realized that there was a ‘Trojan Horse’ with left wing liberal anti-war federal prosecutors that could be used by Hillary and Schumer with their enormous power against the White House that hired them.
According to US law Federal prosecutors are nominated by the administration and may be fired for any reason or no reason at all and at any time of their service of the White House unlike federal employees.
Attorney General Gonzales was right not to define the exact reasons to the firing of these left wing liberal federal attorneys and admitted that it was wrong to specify reasons for the firing that were given before.
However, Gonzales was right to be cautious about left wing liberal attorneys within the administration that serves the interest of Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton to undermine the administration from within.

Clinton fired all of the attorneys at the BEGINNING of his presidency (1993). George W. did the same in 2001. George H.W. did the same in 1989. This is normal and usual. Clinton did not fire attorneys during the middle of his presidency for political purposes. That is the difference. To compare what Clinton did in 1993 to what G.W. is doing now is not a legitimate comparison. not that any of you care about that.
