That is US code for, we may desert you but we need an excuse to look good; only nobody in the world will believe anything other than we don't know what the hell we are doing and are looking for a way out.

if she has so big doubts about corruption supported and generated by usa, then let her militaries make one good thing in their lives of degenerates and war criminals and drop of food, blankets, and warm clothes for needed persons from their transportjets in Afghanistan. It is clear that if she gives money for her corrupt fellows from Afghan government it will be lost snd it will be no aid. But there are another ways to grant aid for Afghans and directly. Jets are not only used to drop bombs or mindless, redundant leaflets on civilian heads. It can be used in proper goals too.

Afghan aid requires accountability ! I would go much farther not only Afghan aid but all the rest of the tax payers money that has been poured into this American government of ours ! Like the trillions of tax payers dollars that was poured into the Wall Street bailout , the banks , AIG , the automobile companies and two unnessary wars ! Unemployment keeps going higher and higher more people are loosing their jobs , their homes and their health care ! We do need accountability very bad !

Is there a difference? We cause crime to continue in our country, then export our violence to other countries via conquest.

Nearly all death and dying in conquered countries is on us.

What did you do for the Afgan people after the Soviets left?

Maybe you should get your sorry azz off the computer and head up a provincial reconstruction team.

Uh, no one did anything for the Afghans after the Soviets left except: al qaida. The country broke into civil war with war lords vying for control, yet it was the Taliban who finally won out with Al Qaida support.

It's fine for Clinton to talk but corruption but its the norm in many parts of the world and we need monitoring (action) of all money provided. Same goes for Iraq where billions have disappreared into a dark hole starting with all that cash being handed out for various projects at the beginning of the war. And as one poster stated, we need accountability all the way through our govt. You hit it, but of course the politicians don't want that so ...

I agree but you can't possibly expect accountability for Iraq and Afganistan from a government that has no accountability for what it's done in it's own country..namely our's..

You got a nice stimulus package of which only about 25% has been spent and the rest is non-recoverable..and the 25% that has been "spent" can't be accounted for and has either been mis-managed or it's benefits mis-quoted..

Pol Pot? Yeah, we bombed Cam and he moved in, not to mention Nam and Laos.

Don't know anything about the H and the Tut. Probably had something to do with that, too.

You should take Obama's lead and go on your own apology tour??

Doesn't matter what, just apologize....gum on the sidewalk in Singapore..Sorry....Litter in the park in Berlin..sorry about that....The USS Cole....sorry for getting our sailor's in the way of your suicide bomber's..Sorry those two tower's were in the way of your first terrorist solo flight...Yeah..

I'm really tired of apologizing and being told to kow-tow to other countries for being an American...

Don't like America? Don't accept aid or assistance from us..Don't trade with us..Don't come here, or if your here and don't like it, pack your sh!t and get out..Renounce your citizenship and find a country more to your liking..

Don't come here illegally and expect all the benefits of citizenship while contributing nothing to the systems you take advantage of..

Apologize?

We're ruled by gangstas and their Orwellianized dupes, their support group, of which you're familiar.

Our spiral to anti-Christ pit began in earnest 100 years ago, but as accelerated during the last 20 years.

Liberia? We created that country for our slaves. What's your point?

I personally could care less what anyone has to say. Everyone has an opinion and can share it. Its common for foreigners to criticize us anyway. They see things differently and in many cases I agree. Iraq was unnecessary and reckless. Afghanistan was justified only we let an idiot Rumsfeld run it instead of turning our soldiers loose to seek and destroy remnants of al qaida and the Taliban, now both have regrouped. And in both cases we are supporting corrupt govts, and in the case of Afghanistan, an illegitimate govt. Time to get out and let the drones do the work. Besides, America can't afford it anyway. We're broke.
