Col 1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus [our] brother,

Col 1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Col 1:3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

Christians are the scavengers, silly. You even eat your savior and drink his blood.
Something about that just doesn't seem right to me.
Are christians actually vampires?

Sister, you wondered about other denominations and their beliefs. This is a wonderful link that contains information about Lutheran beliefs. There was just to much information to present by posting, so this is the most convenient way to get it all to you.

One day at mass, the priest angrily chastised the congregation during his homily for believing the Eucharistic bread was symbolic of taking Christ in. He advised that we had a duty to believe in trans-substantiation -- that the bread wafer and wine literally transformed into Christ's body and blood. That was merely one symptom of the many factors that lead me to leave the church.
well yeah you should have left the church its a catholic church

Phyllis, I should add that I don't blindly accept all of what's stated in there. I'm still "on the fence" about some of it.

I reported him/her to Topix and hit the report abuse button on every one of his posts and give as many negative judgies as I can. Thanks for covering my back.
