I was sexually assaulted when I was fourteen by a 30-year-old man, which resulted in a pregnancy. I decided to keep the child out of love. I am now 18 I have a three-year-old daughter and he wants rights to his child! My family has put out thousands of dollars to keep him away, leave us alone, and terminate his rights. Even though he is in prison he can still victimize the victim repeatedly as of a few days ago, he decided to appeal the judge’s decision to terminate his rights. Is there no justice for the victim and the victim’s family?
