If the NRA wants armed guards in our schools they should be at least respondsible enough to pay for it. I don't think us taxpayers should pay for this and I certainly don't think our children's education budgets should pay for it!. I understand this is going to cost Billions upon Billions of Dollars. I also understand that the NRA is a conservative entity and its members are generally conservative. Conservative people all-time complain about governments spending money. I think they need to judge their Damn selves first! Those people are selfish, stupid and callous, they think they should be exempt from a respondsability. They're the ones irrespondsable. They won't accept respondsability for their actions!!!...

The conservative NRA wanting something but they want someone else to pay for it, conservatives not supposed to be like that!. If you want something you supposed to pay for it yourself. To want someone else to pay for it is beeing irrespondsable and selfish.

Listen Sambo, don't you think there are conservatives paying taxes and sending their kids to school?

The NRA is right.
Times have changed, things have gotten weird. If we expect our kids to be safe at school fom psychos with guns, then we need to do some responsible things.

Eliminate 'Gun Free Zones' at schools.
All that does it tell shooters that no good guys have guns there.
It's a free-for-all zone for chicken-drop psycho shooters.

The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

Train and arm some personnel working on the campus.

There are many complaints in these thrifty days about government pensions given to younger (middle-aged) people.
Let's solve that by asking retiring firemen, policemen and military persons to spend a little volunteering to serve at their local school as an undercover security.

This plan would cost next to nothing.
Less than an Obama Florida golf vacation with Tiger Woods and a $1,000.~ per hour golf pro to tell Obama what he's supposed to do with a 7 iron.

Get real.
Conservative philosophical platforms are ALL About personal responsibility.

People who are standing up to defend your Constitutional Rights can hardly be labeled 'irresponsible'.

Now get up off your ass and get a job so YOU can help pay for your responsible portion, Sambo.

During the administration of Bill Clinton, he suggested armed guards in the schools, nobody listened.
If we are to have armed guards, those in uniform, would be recognized, and taken out first by someone with evil intent.
In the Isreali schools random people, teachers, guideance, janitors, are given special training, and carry weapons covertly. An intruder with evil intent would not know where their threat came from.
Armed visable guards, while providing some secureity, really are there to give the allusion of real secureity.
School windows and doors could be hardened against bullets, and blasts, while being allowed to open out, but that is not happening.
Real secureity measures, in my opinion, are not being addressed. Are there those hopefull for further attacks to promote an agenda?
