I signed onto this site to help people to express there feelings concerning the good and the bad about people. Today my focus is on a man that a lot of people have been talking about in this town. His name is Randy Dumes, that owns Dumes Properties. Is he a good or bad man? Is he a good or bad Landlord to the people that have rented from him and that are renting from him now at all of his properties? The answers will be up to you, "The People", to discuss on what you think and feel about this man.

I have rented from him before. Stay away from him, he is not a trustworthy businessman. Just take my word for it and RUN!!!

I rented from him for about four months and he would never fix any of the appliances in my place and half of them were already messed up when I moved in there, I just didn.t know it, until later. I found pout by talking to my neighbors that everyone was being charged a different price for their rent which is illegal because it is favoritism to certain tenants and rebating. I called up Randy and told him that if the guy next door was paying $200 then that was what I was going to pay. Otherwise, I threatened to take him to court. Besides, the Kilkee Drive laundry facility was nasty with bugs and spiders and liners strung everywhere.

I see Randy in Tribeca every Saturday. He says he is not gay but being a Christian annd married with children means nothing in today's society because he is just gay today and straight tomorrow. I am a waiter there and personally know that has sex to get a good discount on the artwork that he likes to buy to decorate his home that being paintings and nude sculptures.

Randy Dunes is not only a good man he is one of the nicest people I have ever known. He is a businessman and I am sure he has to make decisions that don't always make everyone happy. As far as a landlord goes, if you rent from him your apartment will be clean and freshly painted when you move in. As long as you don't violate the rules for his rentals you will rarely even see him. He has always responded quickly. He is a good Christian man and we feel lucky to have him as our landlord.
