Quality Construction Company SAL (Qualco), one of the leading construction and contracting companies in Lebanon, was appointed by Beitmisk, the luxurious modern Lebanese village, to build two of BeitMisk's neighborhoods, Acacia and Meysan, as part of the second phase of construction. This project's integration of modern technology with Lebanese village life falls in line with Qualco's growing portfolio of upscale residential projects, and will pave the way for more collaborative projects in the future.
Mr. Elie Chidiac, General Manager of Qualco, emphasized that "Long term partnerships with our clients have always been our driving force. Modern and traditional architecture and state- of-the- art amenities, coupled with an exclusive residential community, is what drew us to BeitMisk. This will allow us to highlight our refined excellence in detail and quality, which is an essential part of all of our project undertakings".
Qualco, although chiefly recognized as a specialist in the construction of educational institutions, has an array of residential projects under its belt. Qualco also has a large number of projects that are currently under development, including the Mondrian building (previously known as Level 27 Tower) in Achrafieh among many others. Clearly, its core values, focusing on a disciplined work ethic and transparency, have made Qualco a force to be reckoned within the industry, and a valuable partner in a variety of different projects.
Qualco, a subsidiary of QIG Holding, was established in 2002 and is headquartered in Beirut. The company is one of the fastest growing construction and contracting companies in Lebanon, providing a wide range of contracting services which includes the construction and implementation of all low-altitude, medium altitude and high-rise complexes projects along with hospitality, entertainment and scientific monuments. The Main partners are Mr. Roger Karam, the Chairman of Qualco and Mr. Elie Chidiac who is the companys General Manager. Qualco is known in the Lebanese market for the quality of its projects and its respect of deadlines which led the company to partner with major business groups including AZADEA and AMERICANA. In addition, Qualco catered to the needs of several prestigious universities and institutions such as the Beirut Arab University and the Lebanese American University, the American University of Beirut, and many housing projects including the "Tilal El Abadieh" project, BeitMisk, Mondrian residential tower in Achrafieh, and other projects including infrastructure.
