Whats REALLY going on with "the end of the world" and Myan's Dec. 23, 2012?

Lets get some prospective and opinions here. Is the world really going to end on December 23, 2012? Did the Myan's know something we don't? Are you prepared for world chaos? Do you think it will happen in a blink of the "flash" or a slow, carnage burn?

i think each year (?), there are always some threads about "end of the world". and the world never ends. so ? no need to worry a bit.:)

From the Mayan calendar which ended on this date Possibilities......they had to stop writing it at some point...a coincidence.....or, not a physical end ~ a spiritual end of an era.....will be followed by a new cycle of time
