Hey Ed, I got into the blog and wanted to leave a message but I do not have a google/gmail account. So it bombed me out. So I am letting you know that it works. I still have to set up a gmail account to post on your blog.
There are not enough hours in the day to do all the things I need to do. If this is yourname, it is a nice name Stefano Tonali. Enjoy you day/evening.
Thank you so much.
Tonali is an Aztec word for fate or destiny. Happens to be the name of my sloop.
It also happens to be the name of the flower for our Lady of Guadalara.

Well the B's lose it to the Habs from Montreal.
What could expect from such bad officials? Even the commentators were appalled.
But they did alright considering they had to fight 9 against 5

Hi Ed
Thanks for that information.
May I ask you, as you know so much about the natives of America and everything. Are you somehow connected with them. The American and Canadian Indian natives have always had a pull for me. I believe that they are very spiritual people. The only experience I have had with them is the Cow Boy Movies and I reckon that they are not really like they portray them. They seem to be very wise from what I hear. Maybe I am right and maybe I am wrong but I still have a fascination with and about them. Have a wonderful day/eveing and enjoy!

Morning everybody

I still can't believe what happened but I was in a car accident again yesterday afternoon on the way home from work. Nobody was injured

A truck came to a sudden standstill in front of me and there wasn't enough time to swerve, so my car's left light, the bumper and body is damaged. Stayed home today to sort things out with the insurance company. They do have a courtesy car thingy so hopefully I won't be stranded completely...

And guess what? I didn't get ANY particulars of the truck driver. He DROVE AWAY without even getting out. He just shrugged and off he went. I think he didn't have a license. Can't think why anyone in their right mind WOULDN'T stop. Oh well. Police report filed, have a case number that I gave through to the insurance company so hopefully things will work out well...

Going to have the car towed to their panelbeaters, the assessor is going to assess the car and see if the damage is fixable. I certainly hope it's fixable. I don't want to have my car written off. This was my second car I was in an accident with. Seems like I have terrible luck *cries*. I just hope this doesn't happen in 3s...

This was the last thing I needed! Just when my car was finally fixed, I go and wreck it again. I give up!

Hi Ruby
Soooooo sorry to hear about your accident but thank goodness you are okay and no injuries. The same happened to my son the truck drove away without even a wave. I am sure he did not have a license. Son had to pay the excess and it sure came to a lot. Like R44,000.00 for repairs. These new cars they do not panelbeat they replace like the whole fender or side panel. No more panelbeating so hence the high price. Hope your car does not work out too much for repairing it. Keep us in the loop.
Ruby please do not feel bad my son had two accidents in his first year of insurance and the second year he was hit for R44,000.00 repairs. The roads are utter madness here in the Highveld there are just more and more cars on the roads and less people bother about getting a license.
Hope you have a good day at home (hard to do under the circumstances) but you cannot change things, so enjoy it.(You got a Ruby Public Holiday this week) LOL

Lol Dave yeah, my very own special public holiday.

The insurance company came to tow my car. They were very quick. I phoned them after 9 and they were here just before 12

Hey Ruby Maybe they will get onto it very quickly and come back to you shortly and then you can get it repaired - or whatever - rather sooner than later. The problem is that these things cost money every time you have a claim. Did they say anything at work about you having "your very own Public Holiday"? LOL

Classic tale of woe where a dizzy female clueless of surroundings while driving rear ends another vehicle, get a grip as to why your life is such a train wreck. Almost daily you come to this thread and post about lifes drama and look for someone to wring hands with.

My apologies up front for this post. I know that this is not my thread, but I have had enough.

Harrison Freebird - I have held my tongue for longer than I normally would but your above post is extremely nasty and in poor taste at a time like this and it shows what a real sh*t-stirrer you are. Ruby has done nothing to you, just exchanging her news with us and you come along and call her a dizzy female clueless of surroundings and rear ending another vehicle. She is not looking for someone to wrings hands with either. You must be a very unhappy person to post things like this. It does not make you look like a "big man". It makes people think that you have no manners and no care for other people, other than yourself. Die Groot krocodil "the big crocodile" is what we call people like you. You think you will scare people away. All you do is piss people off big time. I have no time for people like you. You are lower than shark shit and everytime you open your mouth you sink lower and lower. Your mouth and what comes out of it is like a waterfall of "bullshit".

I don't know if you have thought about it, I doubt it, but your remarks are hurtful to the people you are deriding and making the butt of your jokes. Please see some sense.

How can I say this? Well yes, they are spiritual people, not in the sense as we may describe it. Their 'religion' is much different from from what white man proscribed. Middle eastern religion was about power and control. Much as it is today.Period.
Native Americans had a philosophy of kindred spirit. Every creature had one, and it deserved respect. they lived with the land, took what they needed as needed. Extra for hard times, but so do we all.
Preservation of the tribe was of utmost import too. Hence there were wars between tribes. In essence they fought for territory, which means food and supplies. Check out the weather in Montana and the Dakotas in winter.
Last question, Great Grandma was Cherokee. Hope it helps.

Hey Ed
That is magic, that grand grandma was Cherokee. You must be so proud of that connection. Montana and Dakota okay I shall check them both out. Yes "kindred spirit" describes what I was trying to say this morning. The native Americans had "kindred spirit". They are very wise and their spiritual way very appealing o me.
Thank you for that. I am learning more each day. Have a wonderful day/evening Ed.

I'll make this plain and clear as possible. The 3 of you who post here on a daily basis have brought this thread to a boring halt with the long blathering posts that make you look like fools. I have and will say my thoughts and could give 2shits what you or anyone might think or scribe. This Ruby person is such a sad sack of a female as you both go on and on about your individual daily mental physical and emotional problems which you both are full of.
Rotor hasn't been posting here for weeks. I understand why.

My boss was fine with it. I took tomorrow off aswell. We're fetching the courtesy car tomorrow so at least I'll be able to get around until my car is fixed or whatever.

As for Harrison: Just ignore the poor excuse for a human. He's a half-witted inbred hillbilly that doesn't have a life, so he comes online and insults other people to make himself look superior. We all know what a low life form he is, he's not worth your time or effort. Just ignore his crude remarks. If we ignore it, it will go away...

Dale, its best to just ignore the miserable sh1theel. He isn't worth the bytes to reply to. He doesn't care how insulting he comes across to people. He lives in his own miserable world with his messed up life. I doubt he would made decent fertilizer for a flower bed. Just ignore him and he will tire and just go away.

Harry Sh1tbird is NOT a "hillbill, that is an insult to us REAL hillbillys...... He WAS a Las Vegas Casino mooch who lived in an RV and hit the hotel buffets when he went gambling. Or rather he went gambling so he could eat at the buffet for free. Someone must have caught onto his scam because he is now in North Carolina, where co-incidently there are-Casinos. Suffice it to say he is a wet mess. And yes,its best to ignore Sh1tbrd. He'll eventually go away. Until then take great joy that we here live in his head.... LOL

I don't like it in the Sh1tbird's head...it stinks, and there's this weird yellow slime everywhere.....or maybe it's green......anyway, who wants a Singapore Sling - half off, for the next 20 minutes.

I remember my first AND last experience with Singapore slings..... In Subic City,Phillipines. Those things can make you do stoopid/risky stuff. WORST hangover ever.... After that I was strictly a Kentucky Bourbon guy. Except for the occasional side trip with d'Absinthe while stationed on Okinawa.

I'll have a Kentucky Tavern,double, Distilled in Owensboro,Kentucky.

Hi Ruby

Well you are doing okay with 2 days off. Ruby Public Holidays. LOL
So you get a courtesy car. That is great, as you say you can get around.

Regarding the other, yes I just got really pee'd off yesterday so I did what I did. I will refrain from any further contact and perhaps you are right, and it will go away.

Have an awesome day Ruby and enjoy the courtesy car.
