It doesn't take much to be the leader in religious growth these days because more people than ever are abandoning religion in favor of sense and reason.

Religions will eventually die out over the next few hundreds/thousands of generations.

I believe the fastest growing religion is actually Wicca, with a 33% annual growth rate.

Maybe it's because islam promises 72 virgins in heaven. As religions evolve, they seem to find ways of offering a more appealing afterlife to those who find themselves unable to accept life on life's terms. After all, eternity with 72 virgins would be more appealing to some than eternity with Jerry Falwell and Benny Hinn.

What is not told to the Muslim fanatics is they have to visit a shaky handed, myopic Jew for circumcision before being greeted by the 72 virgins. A short eternity indeed.
