These are the options that the President (be it Bush or his successor) has in case of a civil/race war between illegal aliens or SIAs (Special Intrest Groups such as Hezzbola, or Al –Qaeda in the US.)
Or another terrorist attack

The president has ALWAYS had the option of declaring "Martial Law." To do so would result in all of these things. Coming up with a bunch of "Executive Orders", is frivilous and redundant.

I have videos from youtube of the marches this summer. It wouldn’t have took much to turn them into riots.
JT put together 8 videos of Hispanics tearing down the American flag and replacing it with a Mexican flag in Maywood CA.
I also have vids of La Raza protests that are in your face.

hey had to pass these Executive Orders over years.
“1950 Defense Production Act
gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
Act of August 29, 1916”.
These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
So no, It was necessary. It took them years from at least 1916 to 1979 to cover all their bases and close the loop holes.
The President has always had the option, but never the need.
Now with the terrorism threat, the invasion of illegal aliens some of them SIA's a possible threat of civil/race war, He will have the need.

That’s because Bush is big business. And big business likes those low wages and not having to pay unemployment and benefits.
“But he has another agenda. The Norton American Union.
At their meeting in Waco, Texas, at the end of March 2005, U.S. President George W. We welcome this important development and offer this report to add urgency and specific recommendations to strengthen their efforts”

Hypothetical NAU flag found on game site. www.geocities.com/sotosoroto/nau.html
In the spirit of the European Union and based on the North American Free Trade Association, I conjured a future entity named the North American Union. Since I prefer localization of most government, I envision this Union to be composed of 93 separate states, provinces, and commonwealths (see list) instead of being a federation of three large governments.
The Arms in the center is composed of the prior flags for the three joined countries. These are placed geographically on the shield, with Canada upper, USA middle, and Mexico lower.
The white and green portions of the flag (excluding the Arms) form a triangle. This triangle represents the general shape of the continent, which is much narrower at the southern end. The green arrowhead represents the warm south while the white triangle represents the cold north. The border between green and white is not a straight line since the higher altitudes in the middle of the continent have climates similar to more northerly coastal regions (and I like it better this way!). The blue triangles represent the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
I have annexed Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut into Alaska due to their small poplulations. Similarly, Guam, Northern Marianas, and American Samoa have joined Hawaii (Well, actually, they could be independent if they really wanted to.). Prince Edward Island also has a prohibitively small population, so they have joined with fellow small province New Brunswick. The Virgin Islands are part of the state of Caribbea, along with whichever Lesser Antilles wish to join the Union (They are independent nations now, but with populations of counties!). The District of Columbia is not a state because most of it (except for the federal buildings--where no one lives) has been given back to Maryland.
An alternative version, incorporating Central America:

Hello from the North Florida Pine Barrens,

Do you want to know why the Mexcrement Invasion continues unabated?

Because those who buy our government want them here.

The reason we do not now and never will get any type of decent representation from those low life POS in the District of Corruption is because of the way they are 'Promoted' from the ranks.

Think about this:
1) To be elected one must buy time in the American media. AKA on TalmudVision.

2) That person, once elected, is beholden to those who paid for the political ads. AKA the Desert Cutthrouts now occuping Palastine.

Without 'Money' he/she would never be elected.

3) Who do you think has inroads to the "Lincoln Bedroom?
Yes, he who has the Gold. And we know who has the Gold.

4) If the representative doesn't want to be a One Termer, he will support legislation, ideas, interests of his $$$ supporters. AKA the afore mentioned Palastine occupiers.

5) Now, Who has the Gold to give to the candidate?
Answer: Big Business especially Media Moguls.
AKA well, you know who.
Those who are, this weekend, celebrating their holiest of holy annual holiday.

These are the people now in control of your government.

They can be removed, but it will not be easy.

You have the right to bear arms.

North American Union Threat Gets Attention of Congressmen; Resolution Aimed at Blocking Merger, Funding of 'NAFTA Superhighways'
WASHINGTON – While several members of Congress have denied any knowledge of efforts to build "NAFTA superhighways" or move America closer to a union with Mexico and Canada, four members of the House have stepped up to sponsor a resolution opposing both initiatives.
Rep. Virgil Goode Jr., R-Va., has introduced a resolution – H.R. 487 – designed to express "the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union (NAU) with Mexico and Canada."
"Now that Congress is preparing to take up the issues of the North American Union and NAFTA superhighways, we are moving out of the realm where critics can attempt to disparage the discussion as 'Internet conspiracy theory,'" explained Jerome Corsi, author and WND columnist who has written extensively on the Security and Prosperity Partnership – the semisecret plan many suspect is behind the efforts to create a European Union-style North American confederation and link Mexico and Canada with more transcontinental highways and rail lines. "This bill represents a good first step."
Corsi explained to WND that the Bush administration is trying to create the North American Union incrementally, under the radar scope of public attention.
"Even today," said Corsi, SPP.gov has a 'Myths vs. Facts' section that denies the administration is changing laws or working to create a new regional government. Unfortunately, the many references on SPP.gov to Cabinet-level working groups creating new trilateral memoranda of understanding and other trilateral agreements makes these denials sound hollow."
The resolution introduced by Goode had three co-sponsors: Reps. Thomas Tancredo, R-Colo., Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Walter Jones, R-N.C.
The "whereas" clauses of the resolution lay out the case against the North American Union and NAFTA Superhighways as follows:
· Whereas, according to the Department of Commerce, United States trade deficits with Mexico and Canada have significantly widened since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA);
· Whereas the economic and physical security of the United States is impaired by the potential loss of control of its borders attendant to the full operation of NAFTA;
· Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System from the west coast of Mexico through the United States and into Canada has been suggested as part of a North American Union;
· Whereas it would be particularly difficult for Americans to collect insurance from Mexican companies which employ Mexican drivers involved in accidents in the United States, which would increase the insurance rates for American drivers;
· Whereas future unrestricted foreign trucking into the United States can pose a safety hazard due to inadequate maintenance and inspection, and can act collaterally as a conduit for the entry into the United States of illegal drugs, illegal human smuggling, and terrorist activities;
· Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System would be funded by foreign consortiums and controlled by foreign management, which threatens the sovereignty of the United States.
The resolution calls for the House of Representatives to agree on three issues of determination:
1. The United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System;
2. The United States should not enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and
The President should indicate strong opposition to these or any other proposals

Lock N'Load, I want to thank you for bringing these issues to light. From time to time, I read a lot of these post on different forums, and I must say that there are a lot of people who are willfully ignorant about what is REALLY going on. They would rather stick their heads in the sand and act like none of this exists by calling people like us conspiracy nuts instead of researching the info for themselves. Or they want to engage in this phony-ass left versus right arguement. You know, the LIBS VS. CONSERVATIVES. I say, TO HELL WITH THEM! Like the late Bill Cooper said, "A person that doesn't use their intelligence is no better than an animal that has none." GOD BLESS

Bush could seize absolute control of U.S. government
By DOUG THOMPSON Publisher, Capitol Hill Blue Jan 13, 2006, 07:42
President George W. Bush has signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, suspend habeas corpus and ignore the Posse Comitatus Act that prohibits deployment of U.S. troops on American streets. This would give him absolute dictatorial power over the government with no checks and balances.

Bush discussed imposing martial law on American streets in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks by activating “national security initiatives” put in place by Ronald Reagan during the 1980s.

These “national security initiatives," hatched in 1982 by controversial Marine Colonel Oliver North, later one of the key players in the Iran-Contra Scandal, charged the Federal Emergency Management Agency with administering executive orders that allowed suspension of the Constitution, implementation of martial law, establishment of internment camps, and the turning the government over to the President.

John Brinkerhoff, deputy director of FEMA, developed the martial law implementation plan, following a template originally developed by former FEMA director Louis Guiffrida to battle a “national uprising of black militants.” Gifuffrida’s implementation of martial law called for jailing at least 21 million African Americans in “relocation camps.” Brinkerhoff later admitted in an interview with the Miami Herald that President Reagan signed off on the initiatives and they remained in place, dormant, until George W. Bush took office.

Brinkerhoff moved on the Anser Institute for Homeland Security and, following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, provided the Bush White House and the Pentagon with talking points supporting revised “national security initiatives” that would could allow imposition of martial law and suspension of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, the law that is supposed to forbid use of troops for domestic law enforcement.

Brinkerhoff wrote that intentions of Posse Comitatus are “misunderstood and misapplied” and that the U.S. has in times of national emergency the “full and absolute authority” to send troops into American streets to “enforce order and maintain the peace.”

Bush used parts of the plan to send troops into the streets of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. In addition, FEMA hired former special forces personnel from the mercenary firm Blackwater USA to “enforce security.”
http://www.blackwaterusa.com/
Blackwater USA, in its promotional materials, describes itself as “the most comprehensive professional military, law enforcement, security, peacekeeping, and stability operations company in the world,” adding that “we have established a global presence and provide training and operational solutions for the 21st century in support of security and peace, and freedom and democracy everywhere.”

Blackwater is also a major U.S. contractor in Iraq and has a contract with the Bush White House to provide additional security work “on an as-needed basis.”

The Department of Homeland Security established the “Northern Command for National Defense,” a wide-ranging program that includes FEMA, the Pentagon, the FBI and the National Security Agency. Executive orders already signed by Bush allow the Northern Command to send troops into American streets, seize control of radio and television stations and networks and impose martial law “in times of national emergency.”

The authority to declare what is or is not a national emergency rests entirely with Bush who does not have to either consult or seek the approval of Congress for permission to assume absolute control over the government of the United States.
And he has made sure that power will be absolute when he chooses to use it.
Meet force with equal force.

OK, put me in coach, where do I sign up ? Lets get the garbage off the streets of America! But why house them? We're due a good house cleaning , in fact over due. Lets start with the ACLU, then move on the rank and file card carriers, check all of the Internet sites and clean them out, the faster those camps are filled the better. Anyone opposed to this move should be hauled away as quickly and quietly as possible. What do you folks think? Whatever it is, voice your opinion soon, the round up has begun, this could be your last chance to be fools!

Anti-North American Union Resolution Introduced
A nonbinding resolution sponsored by Rep. Virgil Goode (R-Va.), and cosponsored by Reps. Walter Jones (R-N.C.), Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.), and Ron Paul (R-Texas), brings official opposition to the creation of the North American Union and the NAFTA Superhighway.
The resolution (House Concurrent Res. 487) has been introduced at a time when the Bush administration — along with many lawmakers — refuse to admit that President Bush is trying to secretly implement a new regional government.
The resolution expresses the sense of Congress that:
(1) the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System;
(2) the United States should not enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and
(3) the president should indicate strong opposition to these or any other proposals that threaten the sovereignty of the United States.
Frequent readers of this magazine are familiar with the threat of the North American Union, the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), and the proposed NAFTA Superhighway. THE NEW AMERICAN had been reporting on this issue prior to many other media outlets. Surely we can, and should, take some of the credit for generating enough attention for these lawmakers to introduce this resolution. However, even if this resolution were adopted, it would only be a first step; Congress needs to enact legislation blocking the North American Union.
http://www.thenewamerican.com/artman/publish/...
Call-write-e-mail your Congressman/woman and tell them to support this bill.
Way to go Rep. Virgil Goode (R-Va.), Walter Jones (R-N.C.),
Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.), and Ron Paul (R-Texas).

Web could be terror training camp: Chertoff
BOSTON (Reuters)- Disaffected people living in the United States may develop radical ideologies and potentially violent skills over the Internet and that could present the next major U.S. security threat, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said on Monday.
“We now have a capability of someone to radicalize themselves over the Internet," Chertoff said on the sidelines of a meeting of International Association of the Chiefs of Police.
"They can train themselves over the Internet. They never have to necessarily go to the training camp or speak with anybody else and that diffusion of a combination of hatred and technical skills in things like bomb-making is a dangerous combination," Chertoff said. "Those are the kind of terrorists that we may not be able to detect with spies and satellites."
Chertoff pointed to the July 7, 2005 attacks on London's transit system, which killed 56 people, as an example a home-grown threat.
To help gather intelligence on possible home-grown attackers, Chertoff said Homeland Security would deploy 20 field agents this fiscal year into "intelligence fusion centers," where they would work with local police agencies.
By the end of the next fiscal year, he said the department aims to up that to 35 staffers.
