Actually, at this moment, my husband is at work. And as I have wrote on many other threads, I am a systems engineer, so I am rarely in front of the tv, I am more interested in technology. My children will not end up in the prison system because they are being raised with sense and respect(though there are exceptions to everything), I am glad you have chosen to attack my children, as it shows just how far your hate will extend. And on the thread concerning bm with ww, I am of an average for ww, 5'2, 115 lbs. Though there is nothing wrong with being a big woman.

And welfare would definitely make my life so much easier, too bad I make too much money alone and my husband also. Oh well, if you can easily provide for your family, why not? right

I beg to differ with you - I date black men because of the man he is and not his color - I am not angry at my parents and I loved (and still love) my mother until the day she passed away last year. The "black" male that I am currently associated with has treated me with honesty, respect - has given me more love and attention than any other "man" of any color or race has ever given me. I had no self-esteem for many reasons that are really none of your concern and he is the man that has made a new person out of me - being the "friend" he is and always will be -I can't say 100% for sure that we will always be linked in a "sexual" way - which is not the most important in our relationship - but what he has given me and shown me will remain with me now and forever. I never felt so good about myself and for the first time in my life I can hold my head up high and feel like a person and not a "piece of garbage". He is well-mannered and loved by many people and I have been very fortunate enough to have our paths cross. All those who know this wonderful man have been blessed - including me. Wake up people - shouldn't a person be allowed without being looked at funny - to love and be loved by what ever person the choose - I can tell you honestly, if I knew that a black man could make me so happy, I would have waited until I found the right one - I probably wouldn't have ended up with the great guy I have now because his "lucky" wife got to him first - instead of marrying at 29 to a white male that has never made me feel nearly as good as this man does. I do love my husband - yes - but if I was asked to marry him all over again - I would seriously have to think longer and harder about it this time.

I won't go into any details with you (or anyone on this board) about my "low self-esteem" - all I will tell you that it stems from "things" that have been long before my husband. It's really none of your concern (or anyone else's for that matter) but "my friend" has been paying support for his daughter that he had out of wedlock with a girl years before he was married to his wife. He also had his son with his (white) wife before they were married and married a year or so later. She was married to someone before him and had a son that "my friend" adopted and gave him his name so everyone would have the same name and the child would not have to suffer from name calling, etc. He is not a person to run away from his what some people would refer to as mistakes - he calls special gifts - it was not his decision that the first woman and he didn't marry - it was decided when they found out she was pregnant that she would have the baby (he insisted) and he wanted to marry her but she decided that she did't want to tie him down to her because of the baby and they still have a decent relationship with each other. His wife and this woman have a good relationship and his wife knows from her experience and this woman's that her husband owns up to what he has done. It was found that this woman and he were "caught up in the moment" and I don't need to discuss the details with you - I hold him in the highest regard on the way he handled himself with both situations. We are very, very careful in our sexual relations (we practice "safe" sex even though we don't have to) and we have discussed that if I ever got pregnant with his child-which is a million to one because I have been told for years that because of "women's troubles"-which again I will not go into-I can not have children. I told him that if it ever did happen, I would have this child and never ask him for ANYTHING - I would embrace the idea of having a baby and be proud of be having his. The mind set I am right now - I would risk it all and everyone just to have this miracle - I would take my chances of telling my husband, family and friends that I am having a baby - a black man's baby - like it or not. I would never expect him to do anything like I am doing just because he is the father of my child - I just want him to allow me to give him his first and middle name - if it is a boy - and I told him the name I picked in his honor if it's a girl - but we don't have anything to worry about because of my age along with the "problems". Say what you want - you are entitled to your opinion, but don' put everyone in the same boat. Would you have done the same if the situation was in your life??

Hi Jennifer - Aren't they great!! My guy is special and check out some of my other positings and neither does my husband. I always have to stick up for the black man if it comes up in conversation and ever since my current "affair", I have been sticking up more for the "black male" and black race in general - telling the racist person that I live with, "They are people too - be nice - for once in your life" I always say that this "black" guy is handsome, sexy, and other compliments and he always tells me, "Stop it - you are making me sick". I had 1 bad experience with a "black man" on a vacation back in 1982 but I didn't condem the entire race because of one. I had a very serious problem with a "white male" before I was married and he turned out to be worse than the situation I had with the black male. I married white and after meeting my current love, I wish I would have waited to find myself a black man - my track record with blacks are much better than white - my family wouldn't accept it and some of my friends wouldn't either, but you know what - It's my life and I will live it the way I want - if you like it or not. I had to fight for my white husband to some members of my family and friends because he was divorced and I married him and some of the "doubting Thomas'" turned around and end up accepting him and even loving him. I would not like to hurt my family and friends by this, but I definately deserve to be happy. I hope you will find happiness too.

I think the racist world is the one's that are brainwashed - you all go along for the ride - go with the crowd - follow the leader - what happened to individualty?? There are no rules that I have been able to put my "white fingers" on that say that being white allows me only to care for and love the white race and even though I have been brought up in a so-called racist family - I'm glad I woke up and decided on my own to give these PEOPLE a chance - a chance to be loved by a race other than their own. I have said it time and time again, I look at the "man" as being just that - the male - not the "black" man or "white" man - just the person as a MAN!! That isn't very nice Jeana - is it so wrong that this makes thise woman feel "so right" - the name calling on the board is really so grade-school. Maybe the husbands in general should take some lessons from the black gentlemen and learn how to treat a lady - regarless if she is black or white maybe some husband that did find out would get a "wake up" call and realize what a wonderful wife they have - but that will never happen - in my case, if it hit him in the face, he wouldn't realize - people are always telling him that he has a great wife and when I ask him what is his reply, all he can say is, "I say nothing".
