America, listen to me. It's time for another 'Keepin' it REAL' moment: If airlines have plainclothes skymarshalls on certain flights because of September 11th,why can't they have armed, plainclothes emergency response personnel at the ready at all,or many,of the nation's schools??? Or why can't they rotate days, and or hours, where they work one school certain days and hours, and work other schools, other day and hours?? And these people need to be made aware of certain troubled students, and others, who might be deemed a potential risk to the safety of others. For example,a student suspended for fighting students, and or teachers, who is known to be around guns,or to talk often about guns. I mean,America,it's not hard to spot danger...if you have enough information about someone. And I'm not talking about working one,or two, days a week. I'm talking about them being there in stealth mainly for the purpose of repsonding to tragedies in progress, and not just some school fight that can be handled by regular school security personnel.

That's not a bad idea, Doc.
Think about it.
The average cop retires at about fifty and is still physically vital and knows how to respond to a shooter.

Most retired emergency personnel take on another job after retiring from the police, why not make them a security cop on campus while also doing some custodial duties as a cover?

Additionally, school administrators, like principles, should be trained and armed just like airline pilots.
