I know Skemersdale well. It is a dump where welfare recipients like you l live. We used to receive patients from there who had been assaulted and abused in the area. You don't have any truth to silence so once again you would be wrong. I will not respond to any more of your posts because it is now obvious who you are and how you post under different aliases. THIS IS WHERE SAMUEL OUTOFLUCK COMES FROM.
WHICH AREA ARE YOU FROM DUMMY????

Revealed: Skelmersdale’s crime hotspots, street-by-street

Jan 19 2012 by Joe Thomas, Skelmersdale Advertiser

TODAY the Advertiser can reveal a street-by-street crime map of our town – pin-pointing the worst hit areas.

Figures released by the Home Office show how many crimes are reported in each area on a monthly basis.

The statistics highlight Firbeck as the crime capital of Skelmersdale.

Attributing incidents reported to the police to a location “on or near” where it happened, www.police.uk builds a detailed picture of criminal activity on our streets.

The latest figures were the twelfth set released, making it possible to build a year-long map of crime hotspots. From December 2010 to November 2011, 466 crimes were reported on or near the Birch Green estate of Firbeck.

This is far greater than the next highest area, Inglewhite, which had 324. The statistics include a cocktail of crimes – from anti-social behaviour to acts of violence – and also reveal Skelmersdale has a crime rate higher than the national average.

The biggest problem for both Skelmersdale and Firbeck is anti-social behaviour.

During the twelve months figures are available for, more than 100 reports of anti-social behaviour were made every month in the town, reaching a high-point of 259 in October, 53 of which were in the Firbeck area. However, with crimes allocated to certain points “on or near” where they were reported, it is accepted some streets become focal points for crimes in surrounding areas.

Believing the figures to be unrepresentative, Hazel Scully, who lives on Firbeck, accused the website of “scare-mongering”.

She said:“We do not need a website set up that says,‘excuse me, your area is rife with people who are the bad eggs of society’ when you are not, and why should we have to put up with that? I think this website should close down and they should have a rethink about how they actually attribute where these crimes are...to frighten them (homeowners in the worst areas) with these figures is disgusting.”

Cllr Terry Aldridge, whose Digmoor ward includes several crime hotspots, added:“I never seem to have problems with people complaining to me about crime... I think we have it pretty reasonable in the Digmoor area.”

Sergeant Andy Willis, geographic co-ordinator for West Lancashire, urged caution when interpreting the figures, and explained the police were taking action against crime.

He said:“Our focus continues to be on iconic crimes such as dwelling burglaries, which have seen a 19% reduction over the same time period, and violent crime which has seen an 18% fall, as well as issues which affect quality of life such as anti-social behaviour.”

Night all. I have toyed with this idiot for long enough. It is time to get back to my real life. He has had too much attention directed towards him and that is the reason that he keeps coming back for more. Tomorrow is New Years Eve, my favourite time of the year.Will touch base tomorrow before I go out and celebrate the newness of a brand new year!!! I wish all a brilliant New Year with many more to come.

I would like to leave everyone with a simple line from Kahlil Gibran:

You give but little when you give of your possessions, it is when you give of yourself that you truly give!!!!!!!!!!

I felt that I should post the entire poem for people to appreciate

On Giving

Kahlil Gibran

You give but little when you give of your possessions.
It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.
For what are your possessions but things you keep and guard for fear you may need them tomorrow?
And tomorrow, what shall tomorrow bring to the overprudent dog burying bones in the trackless sand as he follows the pilgrims to the holy city?
And what is fear of need but need itself?
Is not dread of thirst when your well is full, the thirst that is unquenchable?

There are those who give little of the much which they have--and they give it for recognition and their hidden desire makes their gifts unwholesome.
And there are those who have little and give it all.
These are the believers in life and the bounty of life, and their coffer is never empty.
There are those who give with joy, and that joy is their reward.
And there are those who give with pain, and that pain is their baptism.
And there are those who give and know not pain in giving, nor do they seek joy, nor give with mindfulness of virtue;
They give as in yonder valley the myrtle breathes its fragrance into space.
Through the hands of such as these God speaks, and from behind their eyes He smiles upon the earth.

It is well to give when asked, but it is better to give unasked, through understanding;
And to the open-handed the search for one who shall receive is joy greater than giving.
And is there aught you would withhold?
All you have shall some day be given;
Therefore give now, that the season of giving may be yours and not your inheritors'.

You often say, "I would give, but only to the deserving."
The trees in your orchard say not so, nor the flocks in your pasture.
They give that they may live, for to withhold is to perish.
Surely he who is worthy to receive his days and his nights, is worthy of all else from you.
And he who has deserved to drink from the ocean of life deserves to fill his cup from your little stream.
And what desert greater shall there be, than that which lies in the courage and the confidence, nay the charity, of receiving?
And who are you that men should rend their bosom and unveil their pride, that you may see their worth naked and their pride unabashed?
See first that you yourself deserve to be a giver, and an instrument of giving.
For in truth it is life that gives unto life while you, who deem yourself a giver, are but a witness.

And you receivers... and you are all receivers... assume no weight of gratitude, lest you lay a yoke upon yourself and upon him who gives.
Rather rise together with the giver on his gifts as on wings;
For to be overmindful of your debt, is to doubt his generosity who has the freehearted earth for mother, and God for father.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Gray is a liar and apologist for radical Islam. This principle of lying in order to advance the cause of Islam results in serious consequences when it comes to the issue of Muslims seeking to spread Islam around the world and especially in places like the United States (U.S.) and the West, where the majority of people are not Muslim. Sharia-compliant Muslims routinely use deceptive "wolf in sheep's clothing" type tactics to polish Islam’s image while at the same time avoiding, obscuring, or omitting any of the negative aspects of Islamic doctrine, history, law, and scriptures. This is often done with prospective converts as well as with audiences Muslims hope will be gullible, like academics, government officials, members of the media, and the public at large. For example, Muslims often will cite verses from the (chronologically) earlier portions of the Qur’an (which generally were moderate, peaceful, and tolerant), while neglecting to mention that this was the period in Muhammad’s life when he and his tiny band of followers lived in Mecca, where they were ridiculed, powerless, and mostly unaccepted. Yet, even as they cite such passages, they are fully aware that most of these early verses were abrogated (cancelled and replaced) by later passages of the Qur’an that Muhammad produced after the hijra (migration) to Medina. The replacement verses, from a time when Muslims grew powerful, reflect harsh intolerance for non-Muslims and command violence to subjugate infidels (unbelievers) to Islamic law (sharia). Sharia-compliant Muslims do not always express their hostility to unbelievers openly though. This is where taqiyya comes in. Based on verses from the Qur’an and hadiths (sayings of Muhammad), Muslims can pretend to befriend infidels (in violation of the teachings of Islam) and even display adherence with their unbelief, if this will advance the cause of Islam and protect the believer from harm. Here is one of those verses from the Qur’an: "Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution (prevention), that ye may Guard yourselves from them (prevent them from harming you.) But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah." (Q 3:28) Ibn Kathir was an Islamic scholar who wrote one of the most authoritative commentaries (or Tafsirs) on the Qur’an. This is what he said about this particular Qur’anic verse regarding Muslims pretending to befriend infidels:“Unless you indeed fear a danger from them’ meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly.…‘We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them." (Tafsir Ibn Kathir, vol. 2, 141) So, according to this Islamic principle, if under pressure or threatened with force, not only may Muslims deceive non-believers, it is even legitimate for Muslims to behave in ways normally completely contrary to their faith. For instance, given such circumstances, a Muslim may drink alcohol, skip prayers and fasting during Ramadan, renounce belief in Allah and even pretend homage to a deity other than Allah, and utter insincere oaths. It is important to understand the concept of taqiyya so as not to be taken in by such tactics

The Road to Partition

UNSCOP’s report included a partition plan which divided Palestine into two independent states: a Jewish one to include Eastern Galilee, the coastal strip along the Mediterranean (excluding Jaffa and the coastal strip down to Gaza) and the Negev. The Palestinian State included Upper and Western Galilee, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The City of Jerusalem and its environs were to be an international enclave, Corpus Separatum, with autonomous rights for both communities.

The Palestinians were allocated 38% of Mandatory Palestine when they made up 63% of the total population. The Jewish state was to include 498,000 Jews and 407,000 Palestinians.

Mandatory Palestine was made up of 16 districts, nine of which were to be allocated to the Jewish state. None of them had either a Jewish majority or land owned by a Jewish majority.

This demographic imbalance was to be solved by settling the displaced Jews from Europe in the Jewish part of partitioned Palestine.

The two states were required to eventually conclude a 10-year treaty of economic union as a condition for their promised independence.

Whilst the Jewish Agency decided to exert all its diplomatic energy to assure the acceptance of the partition of Palestine, the Arabs expressed a total rejection. For Britain, a neutral position was the only choice left. UN Resolution 181 was set in motion.

Liberal Zionism: A Contradiction in Terms

Rebecca Steinfeld

"Excerpt"

Some argue that Zionism is an exclusionary ideology that privileges one ethnic group over another, and as such is inherently incompatible with liberalism, which is premised on equality. Several writers and academics share this perspective, including Oren Yiftachel, a political geographer at Ben-Gurion University, who regards the ‘Jewish and democratic state’ formula as an oxymoron akin to ‘hot ice.’ Yiftachel argues that the common scholarly and political attempts to portray the existence of ‘Israel proper’ within the ‘Green Line’ as ‘Jewish and democratic’ are both “analytically flawed and politically deceiving.”

Instead, he argues that the whole entity, territorially and politically, ought to be characterised as an ethnocracy, which he defines as “a non-democratic regime which attempts to extend or preserve disproportional ethnic control over a contested multi-ethnic territory.” Yiftachel’s argument partly stems from what he regards as Israel’s history as a settler society, marked by ethno-nationalism and the ethnic logic of capital, with its resultant discriminatory land laws and planning policies.

But Yiftachel’s argument is not merely about history; he also points to the inherent conceptual incompatibility between liberalism and Zionism, which seeks to simultaneously privilege one group while guaranteeing equal citizenship for all. In this, he is supported by Nadim Rouhana, a legal scholar at Tufts University, who emphasises,“a Jewish state in theory and practice means privileging Jewish citizens over all other citizens [...] There are few honest observers in Israel who dispute that a Jewish state, by definition, privileges one group of citizens over another.” Given these internal inconsistencies, the journalist Joseph Dana wrote in the Israeli blog-based web magazine +972 that “liberal Zionism, as used today, is a dangerous and, in some profound ways, dishonest system of thought.”

U.S.'security plan': Another decisive cave-in to Netanyahu

Once again, the Obama administration hangs Abbas and the Palestinian Authority out to dry.

Halfway through the scheduled nine-month Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, there’s been a break in the action, or rather the inaction: the Obama administration, once again, has sought to end the deadlock by backing Netanyahu’s illegitimate demands and hanging the Palestinians out to dry. Last Friday the Americans presented a “security plan”(“security” in the American lexicon means security for Israelis, not Palestinians) that calls for Israeli troops to remain in the Jordan Valley – in the West Bank, in a future Palestine, on the Palestinian side of their border with Jordan – as part of the peace treaty.

The time period in which an Israeli military presence along the Jordan River will remain is long,” a senior Israeli official told Haaretz.“More than three to four years.”

The Palestinian Authority hasn’t responded officially to the plan, but an unnamed Palestinian official was quoted saying it wasn’t acceptable because it would extend the occupation – Israeli control over Palestinian territory.

The plan also calls on a future Palestinian state to be denied the right to military weaponry beyond the needs of a police and anti-terror force, and gives control of a future Palestine’s borders to a joint Israeli-Palestinian team, possibly with Americans also involved, according to Haaretz.

Read +972′s full coverage of Kerry’s peace process

This is ridiculous. This is a security plan that comes at the cost of Palestinian independence and sovereignty. A country required to tolerate former enemy troops on its soil and at its border crossings, and that’s barred from having an army, is not an independent, sovereign state. Certainly not when it stands next door to the regional military superpower that’s been subjugating it for a half-century. Imagine what Israel would say to a security plan that left it without an army, with Palestinian troops sharing authority with the IDF at the border crossings into Israel, and with Palestinian troops on the Israeli side of the Israeli-Jordanian border.

That’s what U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry just proposed to the Palestinians – Kerry, that true believer in the “two-state solution.”

The security plan is what Netanyahu has been waiting for. Since the talks with the Palestinians started in August, there has been no movement at all; the Palestinians, whose position remains where it left off in the abortive 2007-2008 Annapolis talks, are waiting for Netanyahu to present his “map” of where Israel should end and Palestine begin, which he hasn’t done, insisting all along that he needs security guarantees first. And now the Americans have appeased him.
