Is the Judge with 3 names still on the bench? If so, is she still supporting pedophile rights?

Does she still give kids back to the fathers who rape them.

She is a real special person and must have had a very special childhood.

Hunter is a racist, sexist idiot savant. She was APPOINTED - no person with a brain would elect her. The power given to her via her position is frightening. VOTE TOM STUBBS if you want to save your Constitutional rights and be treated fairly. Let's end her reign of terror and insipid hold on Dekalb County.

I'm not sure that race plays any factor she is just as tough or tougher on people of her own race. I do think she has a bias against men. She has no reswpect for the judicial process. She is a clear example of someone who has gotten too big for her britches! In her eyes she is the law. The constitution mean absolutely zilch in her court room. A strong message must be sent we will not continue to be treated unfairly in Dekalb

Judge Hunter is one of the fairest, most well respected judges in DeKalb county. Yes, she believes that fathers are parents too. I know because she listened in my case and did not simply accept the vindictive, mad lies of a bitter ex-wife like most judges do. What does anybody from fla and gainesville know about our dk judges!

Judge Hunter is reasonable and fair. She will not be influenced by people with high priced lawyers or big money. She is real and realistic. The Constitution is alive and well in her courtroom...especially the Right to a Fair Trial. I've tried plenty of cases in front of her. I've won some and lost some and still she's the best to be in front of, hands down. I'll say that until the day I die.

Judge Hunter is unfair. She hates people of her own race. She treats her support staff like dirt. Its time for a new judge in div-8.

Did you ever think people might have had to move to Gainesville and Florida because that lazy black woman ruined their life. She is not fair to anyone of any gender or race. She is just lazy and stupid. She does not even listen to evidence because she might have to work late and miss a personal appointment.

I hope she is soon jobless

Hey, Linda, don't you know you are only in there because you are black and female.

this is obviously, for the most part, a site for losers and stubbs supporters (same thing). it is a fact that two highly respected georgia governors (Joe Frank Harris & Zell Miller)thoroughly investigaterd judge hunter and placed her on both the state and superior court.and she won re-election many times. everyone in decatur who knows stubbs calls him the village idiot.

The only qualified opinions about Hunter come from those who have been directly in front of her. She said to my attorney, and I quote via transcript, "I don't read anything that comes across my desk." Well now, there's a well-informed judge. She also said, "You should have called me to let me know about this motion. But you didn't. You sent it by hand delivery but I never read it. So guess what? Your client is the one who's gonna pay for that." Justice? Fairness? Intellect? NOT! She plays solitaire all day on her computer. Give us a break ...Dekalb voter must be her husband. Her own staff hates her.

Hunter is, and always will be until dethroned, a 13th juror. She doesn't really even understand the law, which is pitiful. Dekalb voter's comment that she "won" reelection is bs. She has never been challenged because she's a black woman. Kudos and hats off to Tom Stubbs for his unmitigated courage in trying to save our rights as citizens. HE knows the atrocities, the miscarriages that go on. Noone should be given omnipotent power with no checks and balances. The wolves are at the door, Linda, and they are hungry.

I am black woman and very proud of African American women who have beat the odds and risen to positions that were never imaginable for women, let along Black women. However Judge Hunter does not fall into this category.I am shocked that so many people have had the same experience or even worst with her, that my family and I have had. She continues to be a prosecutor from the bench. There is no reason for your client to show up in "Hangem Hunter's court" there is no reason to hire an attorney, Please save your money. The decision has already been made before you show up. If she remains on the bench lets save the taxpyers some money. Just show up in your prison uniform. Doesn't matter if you're innocent. All that matters is DEKALB COUNTY will allow Judge hunter to do whatever she wants. This is what are tax dollars are paying for. I'd rather they fix a few pot holes than allow one iota of my tax dollar to go to the horrid system!

It could not be said as plainly as "just show up in your prison uniform." She does make up her mind before ever meeting the people involved or hearing the facts. Does anyone think people would make this stuff up out of vindictiveness? If my vote can spare one person from Hunter's bipolar courtroom I will have done my job as a citizen. I don't care about her opinions, beliefs, or prejudices - just don't perpetrate them on an unsuspecting public. She actually believes she is a fair, objective steward of the law. Frightening.

ooh! uninformed stubbs supporter. judge hunter has been challenged and won every precinct in dk county. judge hunter has repeatedly stood for re-election for 20 years and won each time! stubbs, on the other hand is a loser, who has run 3 times for a position in decatur and lost each time! stubbs can't even get a part-time magistrate job! wonder why??? his daddy can't but him a judgeship?

hey dekalb voter (or is it rotor?)- Hunter has only served for 17 years - how could she be elected for 20? Sweetie honey baby - do your math (or have someone else do it) before you pontificate. Why you calling Tom Stubbs daddy in the picture? Who your daddy? What a joke ...

Hey staffer - have you polled the other judges? Have you talked to the plaintiffs and defendants? Their lawyers? Other court staff? If she's so loved, why is anyone running against her? Why have countless testaments been made about her misconduct? Friendly? Approachable? What is she, a kindergarten teacher? I'd pull my kid out of that twisted environment in a heartbeat. Wake your *&*! up - she's crazy. Maybe you're afraid of being out of a job.

One thing I can say is that everyone in this world is not going to like you. I have the privilege of working for Judge Hunter and this has been the BEST experience I have encountered in my work history. Politico Decatur you are totally out of pocket with your statements about. Evidently Judge Hunter is doing something right, not everybody is smiling in her face. There is a saying "A dog can't run after a parked car" meaning if you are not going somewhere in life and doing something then you will never have advesaries come your way. I had to break it down for the Politico Decatur who seems to be out of touch with society.
She is one of the most highly educated, articulate, and respected female judges DeKalb County has ever had in their history of judges. Her work ethic and professionalism is outstanding and her attention to detail in every case is to be commended. She is a judge that is not going to let any attorney or party come before her and dictate her courtroom. It seems as though she is looked at harshly because she is the first African-American female judge in the history of DeKalb County and I assume that position offends a lot of attorneys that come before her. Judge Hunter's presence(a beautiful, African-American female) on the bench intimidates the male ego of a lot attorneys that come before her. The level of respect that she gives the attorneys, defendants and plaintiffs that come before her in her courtroom is more to be recognized than what is portrayed on the internet and in public.
What people fail to realize is that you have to know Judge Hunter for yourself and not let the average, angry and disgruntled attorney, Stubb supporter or person who have lost a case in front of her dictate the views and perceptions of this prestigious judge.
She has over 20 years of experience and knowledge of the judicial system. If that alone isn't good enough, look at how many cases she tried when she was a D.A. and never lost, look at how many times she has been reversed by the Court of Appeals (you count them on one hand) within her years of sitting on the bench, and how many POSITIVE compliments she gets from families she has touched while presiding over their matters, whether it is criminal, civil, adoptions, etc.
A VERY HAPPY EMPLOYEE OF JUDGE HUNTER
