Ugh.
I'm all for a good conspiracy theory, but you are a retard.

Ignore the pirate idiot - you asked a lot of good questions which showed an intelligent mind, and you were right to speak out.
The pirate, on the other hand, should go crawl back in his cave since he has nothing intelligent to offer but personal criticism based on nothing. He’s just insanely jealous.

www.legalparasites.net - links on the left to Federal Reserve treason info, and on the right, what you must do as citizens to fight the treason and support protesters, those brave troops attacked by cops, on the front lines in the biggest war to save our country.

Can compare murders, though. Populations are rather larger than the US too, so it's a significant comparison.
Unless you think there's something deeply wrong about the US.

Too many different laws which perpetuate crime like the drug violations. A banned substance means short supply and higher prices and/or profit for the criminal seller of these substances. Drug related crime and murder account for huge chunk of the murder in big cities already with tough gun laws. ONE city, Chicago had over 500 murders last year, why gangs and/or drug trade.

Over 70% of males arrested for crime in the US in the big cities test positive for an illegal substance.

What do they have turf wars in Europe over, tea? And for that matter in places like eastern Europe the I think murder rate surpasses the US. Why, gangsters. The ex commies learned capitalism a little too well. Gangs account for around 80% of US crime. Drug related crime ie a dealer, gang member or user probably account for over 50% of the crime.

I notice many European countries have a more lenient attitude twards drug and alcohol which takes some of the illegal profit motive out of murder. Some countries are harsh but then there's Amsterdam. I'm not saying legalize intoxicating drugs but any illegally sold substance can cause turf wars let alone the fear of imprisonment. Many criminals know they are on a one way trip.

US prisons are a profit centre for some corporations. Bad idea. Really bad idea.

It's not about for profit prisons or not. It's very nature of the laws in the U.S. that account for the higher crime and murder rates here compared to many Europeon countries. Crime is driven by laws which put profit into dealing of illegal substances. Money at stake makes people territorial. They will defend that territory including the elimination of percieved threats.

But for a business to have a financial motivation to jail more people is still a very bad idea.
