Hey Juice , you've been to WINLAC, you can't believe others call Christians ("believers") hateful?
You just playing for the crowd?
Ahhh....forgive my naivete when writing that post, I can believe it now that I'm posting in non Christian threads to escape some topix "Christians"...

If I played to any crowd, I would not have so many stalkers, I think.

Me too! Stuck to my dash, He's awesome! I do not understand why anyone would find Him offensive, to a discerning mind, that movie has a powerful, Godly message. Did you know Kevin Smith is a Christian? He's distanced himself from his Catholic roots though...Angels come in many forms.

Too many here using the Christian bible as a source for determining this "end of times", when will people learn that the bible's purpose was to control primitive people. Not saying that its not needed in this day and age, some are still pretty damned primitive and barbaric and there are plenty that could learn from some of the good examples in the Bible. But it shouldn't be used as a solid base in reality when determining actual events that will or will not take place. Its not to be taken literally. Its full of metaphors and is open to personal interpretation on an almost ridiculous level. Especially when you consider the completely immoral implications that are represented there in. But to answer the question originally asked on this thread you can rest assured that we are not living in the "end of times" on a global scale. The earth will remain here long after we are gone. Now of a more "civilization" scale, well I suppose that's up to us now isn't it. On a personal note, I do not believe there is anyone watching over us, keeping is in line or making sure we are ok....we are own our own here folks. For better or worse its up to us to make our own future.

Haha! LOL!

So we have something in common;)

I've gone to atheist threads and found more civil discussion than on some "Christian" threads!

It's really quite simple , if one seeks respect and civility , one must show it.

I was being somewhat facetious, seeing your high post count in such a brief period of time...but I see you're gaming in Offbeat so that would help attribute to a rapid post increase hence high count.

When I go I go to this little local Presbyterian church, nice and mild. I have some issues with church and religion in general but I Love Jesus and God.

Well, that's a tricky one to answer. The way I look at it, anyone who reads the NT is Jesus' audience. However, the other way I look at it is in terms of His time, where His apostles and all who were with him were his audience, but to me, both ways are the exact same thing.
Like anyone who reads your posts is your audience.

I am in complete agreement, I'm buddies with more Atheists than "Christians" on here, sometimes I just go play in Offbeat to shake off some phlegm though. I was a Scientific minded Atheist, now, I don't see why God and Science can't blend. I believe they're meant to. I like civility and get very grumpy with the opposite of it. Occasionally I chuck a tanty and stamp my feet too, now I got me a sword :D

True, but context will dictate the 'immediate' audience, you- right now- are such to me. What I write to you may (or may not) have application to an others situation, but the context is directed at you, for your immediate consumption.

Ah, a 'Presby'- Reformed theology. Never attended one ,but do agree with many tenants they hold to (well, depending on division) and some do have opposing eschatological leanings.
