Jesus Christ

Definition:

The only-begotten Son of God, the only Son produced by Jehovah alone.

This Son is the firstborn of all creation. By means of him all other things in heaven and on earth were created.

**********He is the second-greatest personage in the universe.********

It is this Son whom Jehovah sent to the earth to give his life as a ransom for mankind, thus opening the way to eternal life for those of Adam’s offspring who would exercise faith.

This same Son, restored to heavenly glory, now rules as King, with authority to destroy all the wicked and to carry out his Father’s original purpose for the earth.

The Hebrew form of the name Jesus means “Jehovah Is Salvation”; Christ is the equivalent of the Hebrew Mashiach (Messiah), meaning “Anointed One.” rs p.209

The two greatest commands are to love God and your neighbor. The first is expressed in the first four commandments that 99%+ of the world refuse to do and instead follow their own ways. Do we find it strange that Yahweh would order whole cultures destroyed?

Do they keep Yahweh's Sabbath? No they keep their own. Do they hallow his name? No they use a fake one.

What beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses set them apart as different from other religions?
(1) Bible: Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God, and instead of adhering to a creed based on human tradition, they hold to the Bible as the standard for all their beliefs.

This is false. The JWs worship the WTBTS and their teachings and not those of the bible. The WTBTS uses Quote-mining to demonstrate their points out of larger context.
Student wrote:
(2) God: They worship Jehovah as the only true God and freely speak to others about him and his loving purposes toward mankind. Anyone who publicly witnesses about Jehovah is usually identified as belonging to the one group—“Jehovah’s Witnesses.”

This is false. They do not worship the one true god YAHWAH. They worship the falsemade up god jehovah which is a name made up by a man based on an error. JW DO NOT love other people .. they look down upon them in righteous condemnation.
Student wrote:
3) Jesus Christ: They believe, not that Jesus Christ is part of a Trinity, but that, as the Bible says, he is the Son of God, the first of God’s creations; that he had a prehuman existence and that his life was transferred from heaven to the womb of a virgin, Mary; that his perfect human life laid down in sacrifice makes possible salvation to eternal life for those who exercise faith; that Christ is actively ruling as King, with God-given authority over all the earth since 1914.

This is false. Virgin only means she was of child bearing age and had not yet had a child. There is nothing magical about 1914. This is a JW LIE. They have had to rewrite the meaning of 1914 many times. It is theological gibberish.
Student wrote:
(4) God’s Kingdom: They believe that God’s Kingdom is the only hope for mankind; that it is a real government; that it will soon destroy the present wicked system of things, including all human governments, and that it will produce a new system in which righteousness will prevail.

This is False. They believe that the WTBTS ***IS*** God Kingdom on earth and that God will exalt the wicked WTBTS and the JW by KILLING the rest of the Christians and other in the world.
Student wrote:
(5) Heavenly life: They believe that 144,000 spirit-anointed Christians will share with Christ in his heavenly Kingdom, ruling as kings with him. They do not believe that heaven is the reward for everyone who is “good.”

This is nuts. There is NO theological rationality for the 144k being a literal number and it DOES NOT APPLY to the JW anyway. The JW are ignorant people lead by the nose by the WTBTS to do the bidding of the later.
Student wrote:
(6) The earth: They believe that God’s original purpose for the earth will be fulfilled; that the earth will be completely populated by worshipers of Jehovah and that these will be able to enjoy eternal life in human perfection; that even the dead will be raised to an opportunity to share in these blessings.

Again nuts. There is no such thing as a "jehovah", and all this is based on very basic misunderstandings of the word of god that the WTBTS HIDES from its minions.
Student wrote:
(7) Death: They believe that the dead are conscious of absolutely nothing; that they are experiencing neither pain nor pleasure in some spirit realm; that they do not exist except in God’s memory, so hope for their future life lies in a resurrection from the dead.

All based on the mythunderstanding of scripture.

(8) Last days: They believe that we are living now, since 1914, in the last days of this wicked system of things; that some who saw the events of 1914 will also see the complete destruction of the present wicked world; that lovers of righteousness will survive into a cleansed earth.

THEY HAVE BEEN STATING THIS LIE FOR OVER 100 YEARS!! The BIBLE indicates the last days will be short and come quickly. The WTBTS PERVERTS what the Bible actually says.
Student wrote:
(9) Separate from the world: They earnestly endeavor to be no part of the world, as Jesus said would be true of his followers. They show genuine Christian love for their neighbors, but they do not share in the politics or the wars of any nation. They provide for the material needs of their families but shun the world’s avid pursuit of material things and personal fame and its excessive indulgence in pleasure.

Separate from the world is how the WTBTS keeps its CONTROL over its dubs. The purpose of this is to LIMIT the Dubs exposure to REALITY and the REAL teachings of Christians and of Christian salvation.
Student wrote:
(10) Apply Bible counsel: They believe that it is important to apply the counsel of God’s Word in everyday life now—at home, in school, in business, in their congregation. Regardless of a person’s past way of life, he may become one of Jehovah’s Witnesses if he abandons practices condemned by God’s Word and applies its godly counsel. But if anyone thereafter makes a practice of adultery, fornication, homosexuality, drug abuse, drunkenness, lying, or stealing, he will be disfellowshipped from the organization

This is false. The JW believe that it is important to apply the words of the WTBTS in everyday life and to are REQUIRED to believe what they are told to believe or risk DISFELLOWSHIP!

All the rest is about CONTROLING the Dubs and keeping the money rolling in.
Student wrote:
A key factor is that the Witnesses really believe that the Bible is God’s Word and that what it contains is there for our instruction.(2 Tim. 3:16, 17; Rom. 15:4; 1 Cor. 10:11) So they do not resort to philosophical arguments to evade its clear statements of truth or to justify the way of life of people who have abandoned its moral standards. rs p. 204

Again a LIE that the WTBTS tells.

A few FACTS
The WTBTS encourages lying to others, to law enforcement and in court.
The WTBTS is a multiBILLION dollar CORPORATION (how is that for coming out from the world) that owns BILLIONS of dollars in REAL ESTATE (think about that..... the world is coming to and end and we are buying real estate....)
The WTBTS KILLS its own members by not allowing reasonable medical treatments like blood transfusions.
The WTBTS KILLS others by not allowing its members to donate blood or participate in medical research.
The WTBTS DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE CULT IN ANY WAY.
- They do not give money to charities.
- They do not help the poor (how many times does the Bible talk about helping the poor in both the old and New testimates.
The WTBTS has written its own biblical PERVERSION called the NWT which is NOTHING MORE than a old Catholic Bible with JW theology INSERTED into it.

If you are interested in the JW then research it first. There are MANY good web sites by recovering JW who have broken their addiction to the Cult and are now free and many of them saved by the grace of God. It is NOT to late form members to abandon their false beliefs and escape the captivity of the WTBTS.

FALSE. There is no Elohim but Yahwah. Jerkhova is a FALSE name. God stated that his name would be lost and the JW are working to ensure that actually happens.

In trueth the Jehovah word is a translation error by a Spanish monk in the late 1100's.

If they cannot get a SIMPLE thing like the name of Yahweh right (which is known to all) do you expect them to get other things right?

By no means!

They are following excellent leadership:
“. . .Ther efore Jesus said:“When once YOU have lifted up the Son of man, then YOU will know that I am [he], and that I do nothing of my own initiative; but JUST AS THE FATHER TAUGHT ME me I speak these things.”(John 8:28)

“. . .“Lor d, teach us how to pray, just as John also taught his disciples.”(Luke 11:1)

“. . .It is written in the Prophets,‘And they will all be taught by Jehovah.’ Everyone that has heard from the Father and has learned comes to me.”(John 6:45)
