Amazing. I think you find converting oxygen into carbon dioxide to be mentally challenging.
Presbyterian churches derive their name from elders (presbyter).

Presbyter is, in the Bible, a synonym for bishop (Gr: episkopos), referring to a leader in local Church congregations. However, since at least the second century, it has been understood as distinct from bishop and synonymous with priest. Its literal meaning in Greek (Gr: presbyteros) is "elder."

The apostle Peter’s quotation of Joel 2:28, 29 on the day of Pentecost of 33 C.E. showed that there were to be “old men” in the Christian congregation, which men would “dream dreams.” But when this prophecy is rendered into the Greek, the Septuagint Version uses the Greek word presbyteros, which really means, in English,“presbyter,” or,“elder.” This is because the Hebrew word (zaqen) used in Joel 2:28 is the word regularly applied to “elders,” such as those elders of cities.

The Hebrew word, can also mean just old persons, like Abraham and Sarah.(Gen. 18:11; 25:8) At any rate, these presbyters, elders, or “old men” of Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17 were part of the “every sort of flesh” upon which Jehovah would pour out his spirit in the “last days.” They could be official “elders” or just plain “old men.” W71 11/15 p. 685

[God] loved us and sent forth his Son as a propitiatory sacrifice for our sins.—1 John 4:10.

It would take a long time to enumerate the many reasons we have for being grateful to Jehovah. Is it not true that we should thank him each day for the gift of life? He gives us all that we need to sustain ourselves—food, clothing, and shelter as well as every breath that we take. Moreover, our faith, based on accurate knowledge, gives us hope. It is appropriate that we worship Jehovah and offer sacrifices of praise to him, simply because of who he is and what he has done for us.(2 Cor. 5:14, 15; Rev. 4:11) After reflecting on all the good that Jehovah has done for them, many have been moved to organize their time and activities to increase their participation in the Kingdom-preaching work or other theocratic activities. Still others have engaged in Kingdom construction projects. Are not these excellent ways to show one’s appreciation?(Examining the Scriptures Daily 2013)

[Jesus] continued the whole night in prayer to God.—Luke 6:12.

Jesus set a sterling example in prayer. You may recall that he once spent an entire night praying to his Father. Let us try to picture the scene. It is springtime, likely near the fishing town of Capernaum, Jesus’ home base in the region. As evening falls, Jesus goes up one of the mountains that overlook the Sea of Galilee. As he views the darkening landscape, he perhaps sees the flickering of oil lamps down in Capernaum and other nearby villages. When Jesus addresses Jehovah, though, he focuses intently on his prayer. Minutes—then hours—pass. He takes little note as the lights far below go out one by one or as the moon drifts across the sky or as the nocturnal animals forage in the brush. His prayer likely dwells on the big decision that lies before him—that of choosing his 12 apostles. We can imagine Jesus immersed in telling his Father all his thoughts and concerns about each disciple as he earnestly begs for guidance and wisdom.—Luke 6:13.(Examining the Scriptures )

Can you prove that Jehovah's Witnesses do not have Jehovah's Holy Spirit guiding them?

Just look at what Jehovah’s Witnesses Believe?

The beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses are no secret, for their literature is readily available in hundreds of languages. Below is a synopsis of some of their main tenets.

1. The Bible The Witnesses believe that “all Scripture is inspired of God.”(2 Timothy 3:16) Jason D. BeDuhn, an associate professor of religious studies, wrote:“[Jehovah’s Witnesses built] their system of belief and practice from the raw material of the Bible without predetermining what was to be found there.” They align their beliefs with the Bible; they do not interpret it to suit themselves. At the same time, they recognize that not everything in the Bible is to be taken literally. The seven days of creation, for example, are symbolic, referring to extended periods of time.—Genesis 1:31; 2:4.

2. The Creator The true God has given himself a personal name—Jehovah (or Yahweh, as used in the Roman Catholic Jerusalem Bible and preferred by some modern-day scholars)—that distinguishes him from false gods.(Psalm 83:18) The Hebrew form of the divine name appears some 7,000 times in the original text of the Scriptures. Stressing the importance of that name, Jesus said in his model prayer:“Hallowed be thy name.”(Matthew 6:9, King James Version) God rightly demands exclusive devotion. Hence, the Witnesses use no icons or images in their worship.—1 John 5:21.

3. Jesus Christ He is the Savior,“the Son of God,” and “the firstborn of all creation.”(John 1:34; Colossians 1:15; Acts 5:31) As a created being, he is not part of a Trinity.“The Father is greater than I am,” said Jesus.(John 14:28) Jesus lived in heaven before coming to earth, and after his sacrificial death and resurrection, he returned to heaven.“No one comes to the Father except through [him].”—John 14:6.

4. God’s Kingdom This is an actual heavenly government with a King—Jesus Christ—and 144,000 corulers, who are “bought from the earth.”(Revelation 5:9, 10; 14:1, 3, 4; Daniel 2:44; 7:13, 14) They will rule over the earth, which will be cleansed of all wickedness and will be inhabited by many millions of God-fearing humans.—Proverbs 2:21, 22.

5. The earth Ecclesiastes 1:4 states:“The earth endures for ever.”(The New English Bible) After the destruction of the wicked, the earth will be made into a paradise and populated forever by righteous humans.(Psalm 37:10, 11, 29) Jesus’ words in prayer “thy will be done in earth” will thus be fulfilled.—Matthew 6:10, King James Version.

6. Bible prophecy “God ... cannot lie.”(Titus 1:2) Hence, what he foretells always comes true, including the Bible prophecies concerning the end of the present world.(Isaiah 55:11; Matthew 24:3-14) Who will survive the coming destruction?“He that does the will of God remains forever,” says 1 John 2:17.

7. Secular authorities “Pay back Caesar’s things to Caesar, but God’s things to God,” said Jesus.(Mark 12:17) Accordingly, Jehovah’s Witnesses obey the laws of the land when these do not conflict with God’s laws.—Acts 5:29; Romans 13:1-3.

8. Preaching Jesus foretold:“This good news of the kingdom” will be proclaimed earth wide before the end of the present world.(Matthew 24:14) Jehovah’s Witnesses consider it an honor to share in that lifesaving work. Of course, whether people listen or not is their own choice. The Bible says:“Let anyone that wishes take life’s water free.”—Revelation 22:17.

9. Baptism Jehovah’s Witnesses baptize only those who, on the basis of a thorough study of the Bible, want to serve God as one of his Witnesses.(Hebrews 12:1) These symbolize their personal dedication to God by water immersion.—Matthew 3:13, 16; 28:19.

10. The clergy-laity distinction “All you are brothers,” said Jesus to his followers.(Matthew 23:8) The early Christians, including the Bible writers, had no clergy class. This Biblical pattern is the one that Jehovah’s Witnesses follow.

Let us not sleep on as the rest do, but let us stay awake and keep our senses.—1 Thess. 5:6.

The apostle Paul exhorted fellow believers not to “sleep on as the rest do.” What did he mean? One way we can “sleep on” is by ignoring Jehovah’s moral standards. Another way we can “sleep on” is by ignoring the fact that Jehovah’s time to destroy the ungodly has approached. We must make sure that such ungodly individuals do not influence us to adopt their ways and attitudes.(1 Thess. 5:4-8) Some people imagine that there is no God who will call them to account.(Ps. 53:1) Others imagine that God is not interested in us humans, so there is no point in our being interested in him. Still others feel that belonging to a church will make them friends of God. All these people are spiritually asleep. They need to wake up. Remember, now, your Grand Creator in the days of your young manhood, before the calamitous days proceed to come, or the years have arrived when you will say:“I have no delight in them.”—Eccl. 12:1.

Children are encouraged to take life seriously. There is no harm in young children learning to work hard, doing chores in the home that are reasonable for their age and abilities.(Lam. 3:27) When King David was still a young boy, he learned to be a fine shepherd. He also learned to be a musician and a composer—skills that led him to serve before the ruler of Israel.(1 Sam. 16:11, 12, 18-21) No doubt, as a lad David knew how to be playful, but he also learned valuable skills that he later used to praise Jehovah. His skills as a shepherd helped him to lead the nation of Israel patiently. You young people, how many useful skills are you learning—skills that will help you to serve your Creator and prepare you for future responsibilities?(Examining the Scriptures 2013)
