WATER IS THE MAJOR CONSTITUENT OF THE HUMAN BODY:
Nearly 70% of human body consist of Water and the benefits of waters are immense.
1. It helps, keep your skin healthy and glow.
2. It helps in kidney normal function.
3. It keeps your heart beat normal.
4. It stop you from dehydration.
5. If you, take it early in the morning whenever you wake up before cleaning your mouth, will help you normal excretion (against constipation).
6. It helps in digestion if take it before meals.
7. It helps in obesity if take it before meals.
8. It helps in normal heart beat if take it before bath.
9. It helps in normal internal body function, if take it before going to bed at night.
10. It help you keep young and vibrant.
