What is the message of Elijah?

The Elijah message calls people back to the commandments of the Most High. The Elijah message concerns every soul on earth, especially believers living in the closing days of this age.

The Elijah message calls people to obey the WORD of Almighty God: particularly those commandments which relate to sexual conduct and pagan festivals.

On the physical plane they are Gods WORD relating to adultery, fornication, prostitution, homosexuality, incest and rape.

When accused by king Ahab of being a trouble-maker, Elijah's answered as follows:

1 Kings 18: 17: And it came to pass, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said unto him, Art thou he that troubleth Israel?

18: And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father's house, in that ye have forsaken the commandments of the LORD, and thou hast followed Baalam.

Baalim is Hebrew plural for Baal the god of nature and fertility. I quote from the Westminster Dictionary of the Bible, article 'Baal.'(emphasis mine)

"... Baal worship apparently had its origin in the belief that every tract of ground owed its productivity to a supernatural being, or baal, that dwelt there. The farmers probably thought that from the Baalim, or fertility gods, of various regions came the increase of crops, fruit and cattle...The worship of Baal was accompanied with lascivious rites (1 Kings 14:24), the sacrifice of children in the fire by parents (Jer.19:5), and kissing the image (1 Kings 19:18; Hos 13:2). Baal was often associated with the goddess Astoreth (Judg.2:13), and in the vicinity of his altar there was often an Asherah (Judg.6:30; 1 Kings 16:32-33,R.V.)"

Of the goddess Astoreth the same dictionary says:
"... She was the goddess of sexual love, maternity and fertility. Prostitution as a religious rite in the service of this goddess under various names is widely attested. The identification of 'Ashtart with Aphrodite is evidence of her sexual character."

Elijah's spoke out against the worship of Baal and Ashtoreth. He fearlessly condemned sexual sin and the worship of nature and pointed to the CREATOR: the one and only God who, in the final analysis, controls the fertility of the earth and the womb. Over and over again Elijah taught that obedience to God was the only acceptable route to fertility and that man's sexual conduct must be governed by divine law, not by human desire. Why, even the widow burst out:

1 Kings 17: 18: And she said unto Elijah, What have I to do with thee, O thou man of God? art thou come unto me to call my sin to remembrance, and to slay my son?
When Elijah called for a three and a half year drought, he was, in fact, demonstrating to Israel that his God YAH was the only true God: and that it was on Yah's authority that all productivity depended. He alone can give meaningful increase in basket and womb, and this blessing comes in direct response to faith and obedience. This is the message of the Bible. This is the Elijah Message. The world is fast approaching a state that existed in the days of Elijah.

Sexual perversion is now the norm. Fornication, Adultery and Homosexuality are openly advocated by the many modern priests and priestesses. Sin has become fashionable! But don't be deluded: these sins are simply a sophisticated 20th century version of Baal and Ashtoreth worship!

To preach the Elijah message in these days requires faith and courage; because it will upset millions: especially the religious authorities who disregard the Almighty's Sabbath days. Like the ancient priests and priestesses of Baal and Ashtaroth, they detest the Elijah message. It troubles them. It angers them. They would rather hear smooth words which keep clear of sexual sin.

But the Most High is not mocked. His judgements will - yea already have - begun to take effect.

2 Peter 2: 4: For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

5: And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

6: And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

7: And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

8:(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

9: The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

10: But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

11: Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
12: But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

13: And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

14: Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

15: Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness.

Those who proclaim the Elijah message do not fight human beings. Oh no! our enemy is not men, but error!

Ephesians 6: 12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Our battle is against sin, not people. Like Elijah we must speak out against sin:

The low level sins of the flesh: fornication, adultery, prostitution, homosexuality, incest and rape.

The high level sins of the spirit: unbelief, paganism, commercialism in the churches and Sabbath breaking.

The Power of Truth

Elijah taught the Truth: and he backed it up with breath-taking power. He even raised the dead!

1 Kings 17: 21: And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child's soul come into him again.

22: And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.

23: And Elijah took the child, and brought him down out of the chamber into the house, and delivered him unto his mother: and Elijah said, See, thy son liveth.

24: And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the LORD in thy mouth is truth

2Cr 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,

Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

God wanted prophecy

God wanted prophecy for all, not the few, even in the Old Testament!

During the time in the wilderness, God had provided supernaturally for the Israelites and given them manna to eat which was “Food from heaven… the bread of angels.” Psalm 78:24+25 The people had become tired of this supernatural provision and longed for ‘the good old days’ in Egypt, when the desires of their flesh were satisfied.

“And the mixed multitude that was among them [the rabble who followed Israel from Egypt] began to lust greatly (for familiar and dainty food); and the Israelites wept again, and said,‘Who will give us meat to eat?’ We remember the fish which we used to eat freely in Egypt, the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and the garlic.” Numbers 11:4-5 (Amplified)
What is interesting here is that they seem to have forgotten the negative part of what they had once experienced. They forgot that they were once in slavery, having to work long hours, being beaten by their owners. They remembered the only positive part which was the free food!

The 70 elders get a taste of the Spirit of God
In that time of fleshy desires, God gave 70 elders of Israel a taste of His Spirit. He did this by asking Moses to gather them into the tent of meeting. These were probably the same seventy who in Exodus 24:9-11 had gone up Mount Sinai. There they had seen God and eaten and drank with him. They had already tasted of the heavenly banquet! God said to Moses that he would pour out His Spirit on them.

“Then I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take of the Spirit who is upon you and will put Him upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, so that you will not bear it all alone.” Numbers 11:17.

Moses was a gifted prophet - probably the greatest in the Old Testament prior to John the Baptist.
Deut 34:10 “Since that time no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face.”
He had received the Law as a prophecy from God. However, he was struggling under the burden of leading the people. Jethro his father in Law had suggested that he appoint leaders over the people and this had released some of the administrative burden. However, it was the spiritual aspect of leadership that was now the problem, and it was this God was offering to remedy. Moses had become desperate, almost suicidal, before God and longed for help in leadership from a group that would walk in God’s ways.

Numbers 11:14 “I alone am not able to carry all this people, because it is too burdensome for me. So if You are going to deal thus with me, please kill me at once, if I have found favour in Your sight, and do not let me see my wretchedness.”

Numbers 11:25 “Then the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him; and He took of the Spirit who was upon him, and placed Him upon the seventy elders. And when the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied.”

Stained glass window of a dove descending
Having already tasted of the food of the heavenly realm the leaders were now blessed with the presence of the Holy Spirit. This was done in order to equip them to help Moses in his spiritual guidance of the people.

The elders showed evidence of the Spirit in that they prophesied.“But they did not do it again.” Numbers 11:25

This is one of the saddest verses in the wilderness years. They did not press through by practising the gift that they had been given. In spite of previously tasting of the heavenly banquet, their fleshy desires got in the way and they settled for second best, a full stomach of meat, instead of spiritual meat 1 Cor 3:2 and Heb 5:12.

In Psalm 106:13-15, the psalmist comments on this when he says “They quickly forgot His works; they did not wait for His counsel, but craved intensely in the wilderness, and put God to the test/tempted God in the desert, so He gave them their request, but sent a wasting disease among them.”

The literal translation of the end of this verse is “sent leanness into their soul”. Because they did not press into what God had for them, yearning for physical food instead, God sent them on a spiritual fast which led to them wasting away!

“That place was called Kibroth-hattaavah (the graves of sensuous desire), because there they buried the people who lusted, whose physical appetite caused them to sin.” Numbers 11:34 (Amplified)

Don’t stop a move of the Holy Spirit
Two of the elders somehow stayed behind with the people. One of their names was Eldad (419) meaning ‘God has loved’, from El (410) God (plural) and dod (1730) love. The other was Medad (4312) from yadid (3039) beloved. These two beloved elders prophesied amongst the people and seemingly did not stop. Man’s zeal soon brought this to a halt though!

Numbers 11:27 “So a young man ran and told Moses and said,‘Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.’ Then Joshua the son of Nun, the attendant of Moses from his youth, said, Moses my lord, restrain them.”

We usually remember Joshua as a mature leader, who came after Moses and led the people into the Promised Land. Here we see a young fire brand, jealous for the position of Moses as the only one who could hear from and speak for God.

There had been episodes of challenge to the authority of Moses authority before – Joshua probably saw this as another one! These two ‘rebels’ had not even bothered to come to the meeting with God, and here they were prophesying out of control among the people – surely they had to be stopped! The reply of Moses was unequivocal.

“Would that all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord would put His Spirit upon them!” Numbers 11:29

Although they had not turned up to the tent of meeting, these leaders had nevertheless been blessed with the Spirit of God. Moses, who was more mature, knew not to stop something that God had obviously anointed. In fact he knew that God’s heart was to have a people who were all able to hear His voice.

This is promised in Joel 2:28 “It will come about after this that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions, even on the male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.” The first fruits of this were fulfilled on the day of Pentecost.

This episode was a part of the discipline that God took Joshua through in order to prepare him for Jericho. Here he had to mobilise the whole nation in an act of corporate worship, which led to their first victory, when the walls of Jericho came tumbling down.

The church today is going through the same process. Instead of lone ministries, the whole body of Christ is going to rise up together and come into the fullness of the Spirit. This generation of people will be led by His Spirit and not their flesh.

Prophetic Praise

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand; To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD. Psalm 149:6-9

High praise is always an utterance. It is not something we do in our hearts with our mouth closed, if we can speak. It speaks of the same breath of life that the Lord God breathed into the first man being directed back to Him through one who has been spiritually birthed. That is, birthed into the reality of His greatness and power with a heart filled with adoration as one who can't help but utter unceasing praise to His Name.

Psalm 148:11-13 commands us to praise Him. "Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven."

Principalities and powers, God's enemies and ours, are stationed in the second heaven, in that strategic position. Our prayers to God and His response to us are hindered because of their spiritual position. We see that this is true according to Daniel 10:13. It took Daniel twenty-one days of prayer and fasting to obtain an answer from God.

There are two references in Scripture where the enemy opposed and circumstances were changed. The victory came through praise.

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever. And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another. And when Judah came toward the watch tower in the wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped. II Chronicles 20:21-24

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. Acts 16:25, 26

Singing praises to God was directed to heaven. It was a matter of hours and the enemy was subdued in his place of occupation and the heavens were opened and the situation changed to a favorable situation for God's people.

For Psalms 149: 6-9 states, "Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand (the word of God).

To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people. To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron. To execute upon them the judgment written. This honour have all His saints. Praise ye the Lord. "

High praise is the way that causes a two-fold supernatural manifestation in the Spirit. First as we begin to look to God and exalt His Name, proclaiming who He is before heaven, earth, and the kingdom of darkness, a work begins inwardly. Our spirit-man begins to ascend above our soul,(our thought, emotions, and our natural will), which is open to satanic oppression when we are not abiding in the Spirit.

As our spirit-man ascends, we enter the realm of the Spirit. This is worshipping God in spirit and in truth.
For we then enter the Spirit realm becoming conscious of His presence; for He is Spirit and the realm He lives in is spirit.

We enter in by our spirit being lifted into the Spirit, by singing truth.
There is only one truth and it is the Word of God. There are songs inspired by the Spirit of God, which will be the Word of God. For He (the Holy Spirit) is the Spirit of Truth.

Through praising God we enter into the spirit of worship. This worshipping Him is seen in Isaiah 6:3, "And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory."

Worshipping God will cause the door of His throne room to open. However this can never happen without first a thankful heart and then the utterance of high praises in our mouth.

Prophetic Worship

...Worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy.(Revelation 19:10)

Hebrews 9:8 speaks of the "way" into the holiest. Isaiah 6:3 teaches us this "way." It is heaven's "way." It is "worship." "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.(John 4:23-24)

Worship is born in the heart of the believer as He begins to look to the Father as his source and not himself or man. This is what happened with the prophet Isaiah in Chapter 6, Verse 1, of his book.

In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

When King Uzziah died representing the spirit of man; Isaiah looked towards heaven and he saw something he had never seen before; he saw the Lord. At this point in his life and the life of the nation of Israel, he knew that their only hope was in God. So he looked in the direction of heaven, where He who reigns is Lord, and is always in perfect control of every situation, even death. This revelation of His Kingship will be revealed to anyone in reality if we look to the Lord in our darkest hour.

True worship begins in our heart as we look to Him in dependency in all things. It is then that He is revealed to us as He revealed Himself to Moses in Exodus 34:6, when Moses asked to see His glory. "And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth...." This revelation of the nature of God is a true revelation of His glory, His revealed character, in which He desires to impart into our nature, by way of becoming a consuming fire to purge the chaff of our old nature.

This is the true burden and desire of the Lord for His Church in this hour. But before this can happen in His Body in our day, we must first learn to walk in this "way" of worship.

We will begin our entrance into the Holiest with Psalms 100:4, "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name." We have a progression here, first to enter into the gates that lead us into the courts. Then we come to the "door" of the throne room. The "way" being, first thanksgiving, praise, and then worship.

There is only one "way" to God's throne room. If we choose to take another route, we will not ascend into the throne room of His abiding presence. The type of praise and worship that will open the door to the throne room is revealed by revelation from the Holy Spirit to be "prophetic praise and worship intercession." By this we mean, prophetic in the sense that the songs that are sung are those that are heard in the Spirit.

What is heard by the Spirit of God comes from the throne of God. And what is seen in the Spirit comes from the Spirit of God as Isaiah, Ezekiel, or as in the case of John the Beloved, who moved in the prophetic anointing to see and hear those things of the Spirit whose origin was at the throne of God.

Worship that causes a response from the heart of God opens the door to His throne room. His response is given to those who truly love Him with their lives, those that really know, "Yes, Jesus loves me, for the Bible tells me so."

Song is the response to His great love from those who have chosen to give their lives to Him as a living sacrifice, with such unceasing offerings of adoration, that the heart is lifted to the point of heartfelt expression. Singing is the highest expression to our God and King.

The Call To Worship

The Lord reveals Himself in Jeremiah 33:2, "Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."

The Lord, the omnipotent one, maker and Lord of all the earth has promised to answer all that call to Him; and show us great and mighty (hidden) things that we know not. The Hebrew word for call - "Quara" is the same Hebrew word that defines cried in Isaiah 6:3, "And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory."

The two words call and cried in the Hebrew speak of worship. The basic meaning for Quara is to cry out, to praise, and is the enunciation of a specific vocable or message. It is usually addressed to a specific recipient and causes a specific response.

As we call or cry out to the Lord in divine worship, it ascends the natural realm to the realm of the Spirit. This worship will be worship from the heart that will result in a spontaneous move of the Spirit; a new song, a message of the Spirit and of the holiness of our God which is the Spirit of Prophecy, manifesting His authority, and His kingship.

We then elicit a specific response from the throne. The post of the door moves and the glory of the Lord is revealed as in Jeremiah 33:3, where the promise of the Lord to reveal the great and mighty (hidden) things is made known to the worshippers.

As true worshippers, we will have a heart of worship towards our God. This is the way we were created in the realm of the Spirit. For as we look into the book of Revelation we see that all heaven worships and adores the Lord, our God, for truly He is worthy. "And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him. And they were full of eyes within. And they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

And when those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to Him that sat on the throne, who liveth forever and ever. The four and twenty elders fall down before Him that sat on the throne, and worship Him that liveth forever and ever. And cast down their crowns before the throne, saying, Thou are worthy, O Lord to receive glory and honor and power. For thou has created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created," (Revelation 4:8-11).

We have established that once our worship reaches the Throne, the heavens will open and the post of the door moves and a spontaneous visitation of the Holy Spirit will be released, which will bring us into a prophetic anointing and flow. As the post of the door moves it brings us into divine revelation and visitation of the glory of the Lord.

For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, this is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

Isaiah 28:11,12

Saints of God, in order for you to be birthed into the fullness of the out pouring of the Holy Spirit in Shekinah glory in this Day of His Kingdom and power, you must be flowing in the Spirit daily. We must pray, and sing in the Spirit (in tongues) daily to keep our spirit strong, and empowered in the Spirit. In order to flow in the Spirit daily, we must learn to worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. We have learned that this worshipping the Father in Spirit and truth is a life we live in the Spirit by faith. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a prerequisite to being filled with glory, and coming to the fullness of the Kingdom, because Jesus our Lord, commanded it for His Church."

As we flow this way we are continually being birthed into higher and deeper depths of the Spirit of God through faith in the revealed truth of His Word, which we call the prophetic word by the Holy Spirit.

We have learned according to I John 5:4, "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." This faith is the faith of Jesus Christ as we are birthed in our spirit and soul into His nature through continual faith and obedience to the revealed Word. We then walk in Ephesians 5:20, "Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ," especially for the situations that come into our lives to upset us, and move us away from abiding in Christ, such as fear, and every manifestation that is not of the Word. WE MUST THANK GOD FOR THE NEGATIVE TO STAY IN A REIGNING POSITION or we will come down in the soul, and natural realm. Give thanks for the negative situation brings us into divine resurrection miraculously as we look to the Father in Jesus Name.

We must then walk in faith in the Word by walking continually in Romans 4:17,"Calling those thing that be not as though they were," that we are believing to come to past.

Again, we must pray, and sing in the Spirit (in tongues) daily to keep our spirit strong. As you live this life I have shared you will experience not only an open heaven, but you will live in the heavenlies, in victorious union with Christ far above principalities and powers, spirits of darkness, and wickedness, demons, sickness and disease, adversity, more than a conqueror, and as Scripture states in I John 5:4, everything in this world.

It is only then that Christ is lifted up and seen in us that all men are drawn unto Him. If you are willing and obedient to obey these Scriptures, it will work, and you will live in the authority and power of the Spirit of God that has been released to the Church this year. Now I am going to share more deeply about singing, and praying in tongues.

This is not the fullness of knowledge of this supernatural manifestation, but it will bring you into enough divine Light of the Word to begin flowing more deeply in the Spirit in union with Christ in your life presently.

This baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues results in supernatural power over Satan, even power over sickness, disease and death.

The enemy fights against it (tongues) to keep God's people powerless over him. In order to come into resurrection union with Christ to the ruling of nations, you must have the fullness of power of the Holy Spirit in you.

The word of God says let the truth be established in the mouth of two or more witnesses. I am going to show you; you must go back and study Isaiah 28 for yourselves. It's called in 1st Corinthians 13, the tongues of angels; it is supernatural.

There are three things that praying in tongues will do; bring a refreshing, it will bring rest, and a "continual union with Christ through building up your faith: Jude 1:20," But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

Let me show you three accounts of this divine truth: and for those of us who are baptized in the Holy Spirit, we don't pray in tongues enough. Satan wants to deceive you and cheat you out of praying in tongues because He wants you to stay dead and separated from God. He wants you to stay down, in death and in your soul, powerless against Him.

In 2006, a prophet of God told this ministry you need to sing in tongues more; and it was from God.

The devil has fought this tooth and nail and has deceived many. The manifestation of supernatural tongues "the Holy Spirit speaking, praying, singing through our spirit by supernatural unction" is the true evidence of being baptized in the Spirit. The word of God says let the truth be established in the mouth of two or more witnesses; here are three accounts:

Acts 2:4

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 10:44- 46

While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God.

Acts 19:1-6

And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, 2He said unto them, have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, we have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3And he said unto them, unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. 4Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

The Word has to be preached and when you pray for somebody to be baptized in the Holy Ghost, they need to hear the word of what Jesus did in dying to wash away all of our sins by His Blood. The Holy Spirit always answers "manifests" to the Blood of Jesus.

I've given you three witnesses that tongue is the evidence of being baptized with the Holy Ghost and the reason why it is, is because it's supernatural and because if you are filled to overflow with something there's going to be a manifestation. When a dam is filled to overflowing its going to burst; anything that is filled; so if God is in you then He's going to come out; there's no such thing of Him being in you in fullness, baptizing, immersing you to be filled to overflow and nothing is going to manifest.

The reason why the devil has deceived so many people throughout the ages since the day of Pentecost regarding the Biblical truth that the manifestation of tongues is evidence of a true "Baptism of the Holy Spirit" is because it speaks of power; and great power over Satan. As we see, the Apostles walked in this manifestation, for they all were baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. For Jesus told them to wait unto you are endued with power; it speaks of supernatural power

The Holy Ghost is a person and He's suppose to be in us in fullness and the evidence that He is in you is that you're going to speak with supernatural tongues. When He is in you to overflowing you're going to have power, you're going to have boldness. PLEASE KNOW THAT A TRUE LIFE IN THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS A SUPERNATURAL LIFE. This why our Lord sent the Holy Spirit, because He lived a supernatural life here on earth because of the Holy Spirit in fullness, and so are we.

I have given you three accounts: Act 2, Act 10 and Act 19. For Christians who are baptized with the Holy Ghost, the reason why you are so weak and fearful and don't have any boldness and so carnal; is because you don't pray in tongues enough; you don't sing in tongues enough. When we do pray, and sing in the Spirit in tongues daily, we find that we have the faith to hear from the Spirit, believe, cast out devils, heal the sick, stand in impossible situation to seeing the miraculous, and to do greater works that what our Lord did, even to ministering the Word that people are born again on the spot.

Do not worry about interpretation, just continue to speak to God ministering to Him in prayer and songs in tongues, and you just be filled, the interpretation will come; just pray in tongues. Interpretation will come during the day by the Holy Spirit revealing supernaturally words of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding for your particular circumstances that you prayed earlier by faith in unknown tongues in your prayer language. I Corinthian 14:2, "For he that speaketh in an [unknown] tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth [him]; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries." These "mysteries" are "secrets" are later revealed to us in the answers that we need to overcome supernaturally revealing the very mind of Christ in every situation.

I have found in experience the truth that many are not are continually praying and singing in tongues is because nobody else around them is doing it. You can't be unequally yoked with people you'll never come in to the fullness of the power of the Spirit and we need the power of the Spirit every day. You can't come into the spirit of the power of the baptism without a life of speaking and singing in tongues. and if you around people who are not praying and singing in tongues then you will not be continually filled, flowing; encouraged. But you must obey God and sing and pray in the Spirit, "in tongues."

1st Corinthians 14:14

14For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.

Do you know why some people are weak why? Because their spirit is weak, but the more they pray in tongues they'll have a strong bold Spirit.
V15 the time that I pray in the Spirit the most is in the morning.

The reason why we can be so weak and our faith can be so weak and we follow man and are intimidated by man and comprising with God, is because we don't sing and pray in the spirit enough. The Lord told me the more we sing and pray in the spirit the more others will desire and hunger for the Spirit and that's exactly what happened to me.

You want to keep your spirit strong. The Lord did not give His Spirit in power through the evidence of the supernatural manifestation of fullness through the manifestation of other tongues to those who are baptized in the Spirit to be weak and powerless. If you have a strong spirit then you will have strong faith, you will find that a Christian who is baptized with the Holy Ghost, and being obedient by praying and singing in other tongues, which is in the Spirit and obeying the truth of His Word will always be bold and have a strong spirit, who will face all situations in the dominion, power, and authority of Christ Jesus our Lord.

Proverbs 18:14
The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?

The reason why a man's spirit will sustain him in sickness (infirmity) is because he has the Holy Spirit in his spirit and according to Romans 8, the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead will quicken your mortal body that's why Christians are not suppose to be sick and Christians are not suppose to be diseased, if they've gone all the way and have been saved and baptized in the Holy Ghost and keep themselves filled with the Holy Ghost through praying and singing in tongues and walking in obedience to the word, then sickness can't even exist in your body; nothing of darkness can exist in your spirit, soul, or body.

We are to be in a reigning position in this world, not intimidated, and never in fear. This is what's going to happen when we are so filled with the Spirit in power and authority in this New Day of the Manifestation of the Kingdom of God that is now manifesting in the spirit of those who are obediently seeking the face of God with their whole heart, and not about the things of this world.

We will now look at what it means to stay filled to overflowing in Holy Spirit "conviction."

John 16:8-11
8And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged, that means convict the world, and worldly Christians, those whose thoughts are on the things of this world more than on the things of Christ.

The only way this will happen is that you have to be living in the power of the Holy Spirit, singing and praying in tongues. Spending all of your spare time in His presence then you will be full and overflowing with the Holy Spirit, and people around you will come under conviction; they will come under such conviction that they will begin to confess their sins; but your spirit has to be strong and filled with the Holy Spirit.

In order to be strong, in order to be bold and have strong faith that you can speak to the mountain, you need to be filled with the Holy Ghost by speaking and singing in tongues often EVERYDAY!
For those of you who have not received the "Baptism of the Holy Spirit," according to the Word of God.

Ask the Father in the Name of Jesus. Receive the Baptism by faith, by speaking out of your mouth every time you think about it, "Father I thank you that I am baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues by the Spirit's utterance. Mark 11:24, you MUST BELIEVE YOU RECEIVE, AFTER YOU HAVE ASKED. And you will experience the manifestation. God is faithful to do it if you do this.

Our Lord Jesus has made every provision for us to be overcomers over everything of this life; of this world; over darkness, over Satan, sickness and disease, and premature death, through obedience to His Holy Word, and the fullness of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues according to Scripture.

The Ministry of the “Night Watch

The teaching was about a tremendous “move of God experienced by a particular bible school teacher who lived and taught at a Bible School. This man of God waited” upon the Lord in the early night seasons between 2:30 to 5 am daily. On this particular morning that the School experienced the visitation through him, he waited on God from 2:30 am - 7:00 am, with a fifteen minute break he took, when he went back to sleep. But, the Lord woke him in an unusual way to finish the waiting. Why, you would say would the Lord wake this man up to such a long time of waiting on Him? According to this principle of the Kingdom of God of the true life of a “Watchman” God wanted to move supernaturally, but He could not unless someone gave quality time to wait and watch when most people were sleeping. For this is the only way according to scripture that the doors of heaven are opened so that the closed doors in the earth can be open.

Two weeks before this was quickened to me, the Holy Spirit spoke to our Fellowship of a special “call” He was calling us to. I could sense that this was a “call” to a higher level of ministry than we were already moving in. After reading the definition of “vigil” and the fact that the particular teaching of waiting upon the Lord came to mind, I then knew that this was the beginning of the “special call” the Holy Spirit had spoken to us about two weeks before. We must know that this “call” as a “Watchman of God” is not a seasonal call in one’s life. But it is a life long “call” just as one is called to ministry; for it is ministry, a ministry unto God alone. All true ministry given from God calls for great sacrifice, for this reason of sacrificing to be awake ministering unto God when others are sleeping is a true ministry of the Spirit that we are to know about.

The Greatest Heavenly Calling

Our ministry had been faithfully praying, praising, waiting upon the Lord, and walking in obedience to the flow of the prophetic Word in teaching and songs given to us by the Holy Spirit for years. For a period of two years, we were tried and tested in ways unimaginable, but yet the door to the prophetic promises from the Lord remained closed. But soon after we received the revelation of the “night watch” and began to live the life of the “night watch,” the door in heaven and upon the earth began to open to us. We were given words from the throne by the Holy Spirit to “stand,” by His strength, grace and mercy. We continued in our standing on the Word of God until one morning, I opened my bible and the pages fell to I Peter 5:8-9b,“Be sober, be vigilant because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. Whom resist steadfast in the faith….” I Peter 5:8-9a.

I was a little amazed that the Holy Spirit was speaking to me directly about the devil because we already knew we were dealing with principalities and powers in our call in the ministry. What we had not learned as of yet was the main strategy that Satan used against the Church to hinder the moving of the Spirit in a city, a ministry, and the lives of loved ones. When we study Acts 16 later in this teaching we will find that the Spirit of God moved so powerfully through Paul and Silas that the Jailer and his entire household was saved and baptized. This is what we need in our day and this is what the Lord wants to do in our day shake everything that can be shaken by His power.

So I started a word search on the scripture quickened to me by the Holy Spirit, I Peter 5:8-9b so that I could fully understand what He was saying to me. When I looked up “sober” I found it meant “serious.” When I looked up “vigilant” it meant watch, alert, attentive, and then I saw the word “vigil.” When I saw that the definition for “vigil” meant,“A state of being awake at times when sleep is customary, it reminded me of a teaching I was led to read by the Holy Spirit a few months ago.

Mal 3:1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

Isa 60:11Therefore thy gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that [men] may bring unto thee the forces of the Gentiles, and [that] their kings [may be] brought.

The East Gate and the Return of Jesus.(GOLDEN GATE or GATE BEAUTIFUL )

Neh. 3:29 "...the gate that looketh toward the east: And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east."

Ezekiel 44:1-3 1 Then he brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary, which faces east; and it was shut. 2 And he said to me, "This gate shall remain shut; it shall not be opened, and no one shall enter by it; for the LORD, the God of Israel, has entered by it; therefore it shall remain shut. 3 Only the prince may sit in it to eat bread before the LORD; he shall enter by way of the vestibule of the gate, and shall go out by the same way."

The "Golden Gate" was located in the East wall of Jerusalem; it was one of eleven entrance gates into the city. Notice in the above picture that this gate is sealed shut. It was sealed up in the 16th century A.D.

A little background on the East gate of Jerusalem: The East gate was walled up by it's Muslim conquerors (the Ottoman Turks) in 1530 A.D. Notice also the cemetery that has been planted in front of it. Many believe this was done to prevent the entrance of the Jewish Messiah through that gate as was foretold by known Old Testament prophecies. However, Ezekiel prophesied the shutting of this gate itself around 600 B.C.-- that it would be shut "because the LORD (Jehovah or Yahweh), the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut."

Jesus entered Jerusalem through the East gate around 30 A.D.(long before it was blocked by the Ottomans) as he came down from the Mount of Olives and entered the temple according to our understanding of Luke 19:28-48. He would have entered through the original gate in the wall which was destroyed with the city by the Romans in 70 A.D. Ezekiel says concerning this closed gate that the "Prince" (which the Messiah is often called throughout the Old Testament and Jesus is called in the New Testament) shall enter it again. Jesus, having entered the city, said that he would not be seen again until Jerusalem acknowledges him (Matthew 23:37-39).

The Eastern gate is presently considered by the Arabs to be their exclusive property. It is sealed up and blocked off. However one day, the Messiah will land on the Mount of Olives, with all His saints, and walk down to and right through the Eastern Gate and into the Temple area.
