Well the Raiders showed up at Arrowhead Stadium.
That's about all I can say about that.
Yep, and the Jags were a little Mad Dog Last week, too. Shook up Peyton Manning.
Brady found a way to win, and how 'bout them Chargers?
Winning early is importante because some teams don't hit thier strdie until just about now. The better teams are going to start to pull away from the pack, and the posers are going to start losing.
Halfway throught the third quarter, I was routinf got Jacksonville. Then the fourth quarter started. Hell, they looked good for three.

Don't know if it's me or my keyboard, but some of my posts almost don't make sense. All I can say is, they did when I posted them.
The 'Big' game right now is Supposed to be the 'Hawks and the Cards, but all they're talking about is pee-town manning and suck-for-luck, and the 'landmark' game they're going to have. BIG deal. they tried the same hype when Favre went back to Green Bay with the jets.
The Hawks win and they're two up in their division and the best of the first half of the season for the NFC. East Coast Bias.
What's gotten into the Chargers? Geez. they're playing some serious ball these days. KC is too, but I think that they're going to run out of steam pretty soon.
Freeman is a Starter again? wow. I didn't think that things were that bad in Minnesota. I wish him the best. I really do. Cleveland should have grabbed him when they had the chance.
I think that all Seattle has to do to win is staple Richard Sherman to Larry Fitzgerrald and shut him down that way. Then run Lynch down their throat all day long, with Turban spelling him from time to time. I always thought that a 'change of pace' runner was a mistake, and am glad that an NFL team has finally had the same thought. Both Turban and Michael are the same kind of runner that The Beast is.
One last. I think that the 'RGIII' thing should end now because RGII was a college phenom, and a rookie sensation. Now he's just another second year QB, struggling to keep up with the game. He should be known as Bobby Griffin from now on.
Oh yeah. I owe Geno Smith an apology. I thought he was going to continue to be the whiney little bitch he was at the draft. My bad.

That game was never in doubt, but I wonder why the 'Hawks gave up them 'pity points' to Arizona. The Hawk 'D' is usually more stingy with not just points, but yards as well. They Hate giving up first downs.
I don't think that the Colts (dolts? Remember the Carger game!) have much of a chance against Denver. Von Miller is coming back in this game and he's gonna be looking to make a statement.
Rumor has it that Percy Harvin will be back for the Monday night game against the lambs. I don't think he will be that effective, but the threat will make them respect him.
I feel bad for JJ Watt, possibly the best defensive lineman in the game right now, and he's playing for a losing team. He shouldn't be so angry though. back in '92, Cortez Kennedy was voted Defensive player of the year, and his team, the Hawks, were two and fourteen. He didn't complain, he just kicked ass all day long. Good luck, JJ.
I wonder what The Vikings expect from Josh Freeman? He's only been in camp for ten days, and they have him starting already. Too soon, I say. They're setting him up to fail.
Its been an interesting season so far.

Injuries are taking teams apart. Man, Bradford was finally looking like the QB St. Louis drafted him for, and now he's gone for the season. Too many to list, and my memory isn't what it used to be.
Looks like the team that will win it all this year is the one with the least injuries. KC is riding high right now, but may be coming into the tough part of it's season. Folks are bitching about the teams that are doing good and are saying that 'they win because they're not playing anyone good.' Well, any given sunday, any yteam can win.' KC has played sub-par teams because of parity. Seattle's opposition was supposed to be good, aside from the Jags, anyway. It's not their fault that some of them have tanked. The league set up the schedule. Denver hasn't had a very tough schedule either, but that ain' their fault, either.
So, who's the 'rwal' best team? The pundits say the colts, but I don't believe that shit.'suck for luck' just doesn't strike me as being That good. They beat the forty-niners and the 'Hawks, but mitigating circumstances are involved in both games. Let's see who goes farther in the playoffs, assuming that they all get there.
BTW, one pundit said that the 'Hawks have a 'cushy four game stretch' ahead of them.
Really?
There are no gimmes in Pro Ball.

How unprofessional of the MNF commentators to be routing for the rams. East Coast Bias.
What? It wasn't enough that St Louis came to Play? That The 'Hawks played miserably all night?
In my opinion, the open bias detracts from the Great game the Rams played.
Jeez, What a Finish! The 'Hawk 'D' came through for them.

Winning ugly is still winning. At the end of the season, it still tallies as a 'W' and counts toward the playoffs.
Look at how many 'bad' games the Ravens had last year.
Anyway, as soon as they put up the dull-ass cowboy logo, I kill the sound. They keep giving the same excuses for those losers. They paid romo a hundred million dollars Just so they could say 'we have a hundred million dollar QB' Never mind that they probably could hire a better one bagging groceries somewhere. For less money and More wins.'Press man' coverage throws off pee-towns game. If a team has two half decent corners, they can slow down the Broncos.
A couple weeks ago, I was talking up tannenhill. Guess I spoke too soon.
I see Flynn is on his fourth team in two years. Give him time to learn the offense, and he might surprise.
It seems like a lot of teams are tanking this season.'Tough schedules' are becoming moderate, or labelled 'easy'. That's a mistake because those teams are the same winners from last season and can still burn you if you believe the hype.
Oh yeah. cam newton is still the best six win a season QB in the Whole NFL.

Kudos from Darryl Revis to The 'Hawks. A Class act if there ever was one. Like I said in my last post. Don't believe the BS about teams that aren't having the season they had last year. They are still the teams that won games and can burn the best of them. Look at the jets (who, admittedly didn't have that good a season last year) beating the Saints. The Texans giving the Colts fits,.
Cannot win with the dull-ass cowboys. If they lose, then we get nine hours of apologies and WHY they should have won, even when it was a blow-out. And if they win, like they did yesterday, then we get ten hours of why they're 'The greaTest team in football today'. Hell, even the dipshits that are saying this crap don't believe it. Is jimmy jones paying them to spout this bullshit?
They're saying 'brady is brady again.' What? When was he not tom brady? Wasn't he finding ways to win when they were having trouble with the offense? Isn't that the mark of a Championship calibre team? And if it is, then why6 doesn't it apply to Seattle? They're having nine kinds of trouble, and not just with the offense, but they're still winnin g.

The mark of a good/great team is finding ways to win. KC doesn't get any credit because their defense is whats winning the games. It doesnt matter, their winning, and thats all that counts.

I look for Seattle to start opening things up offensively when Harvin takes the field.

KC is Scary dangerous. That's what happens when you finish near the bottom for years. You end up with a bunch of top ten first round players, and then all you need is a good coach to show them how to use their talents.
Still, mediocre teams like dull-ass and the jets get more attention.
The buzz is that the 'Hawks are supposed to 'win easy' against the Falcons. I don't believe that for a second. After all, they are the team that knocked Seattle out of the playoffs last year The announcers aren't going to say much about that. They're only going to talk up how much these middlin' teams are giving the Hawks a bad time. Hell, Atlanta might win it anyway.
And I think that Percy Harvin is a paper tiger. I don't think he's going to have much of an impact for Seattle This year. He's been inactive for too long, and he's going to re-injure his leg before he can get going. That's been the story for Seattle. Look at their pass rush. On paper, they should have forty sacks by now, but are in middle of the pack to date. The use of the players, Avril, Irvin, Bennett, Clemons, and MscDaniel has been sporadic at best. They haven't figured out the right package, and may not by years end. Plus the DC is too conservative for the talent. He chokes when the time comes to load the box, and only uses four of them. On passing downs, they should All be on the line, smiling like hungry tigers, and looking at a tasty QB for lunch. But the DC sends in the nickel package instead. The 'Hawks lost Bradley too soon, because he knew how to use the pas rush.
