I still am not sure what you are saying.

My understanding is that the Pharisees went back to the Law to justify divorce, Jesus went back to God's original design.

One of many things that stand out about Christ's responses was the continuity He asserted between His teaching and the Old Testament.

Are you so blinded by your intense emotion and fanaticism toward homosexuality and or homosexuals that you can not recall I am abstinent ?

I am not justifying anything but making points , I suppose you do not get that.

The last person I had sex with was about 8 years ago , a very hot Cherokee chick of the wolf tribe ; she was my fiancé.
Following that I got a subtle proposal from a fine upstanding Christian woman as to marriage in which then I realized the unfairness of my position for others .

Having sex then was a sin it is called fornication , I am forgiven for that.
Point in case * active ) homosexuality is not the only sin in the world , nor are sins related to sex and people seem obsessed with some sins in particular.

A particular sin is not a damming sin with only one exception and it is sin that dams as a whole , as a generalization..
A person could be near perfect with only one sin and the greatest philanthropist who ever lived and they are just as guilty of sin as the worst murderer.

I never said I believed it was not sin but that it was sin for me.
