hello ashland folks i have a groundhog eating up my garden called city last week the i animal officer is off,called monday no reply as was out of office left message,as of 4 pm now reply called again no reply called another office,talked to a lady that said that if it rained they couldnt trap the grounghog ,what groundhog dont have raincoats
just saying

Okay I guess, don't get why you made a post here about a groundhog problem but I hope you get it taken care of!

to jenji i put it on here to let the people of ashland know how dumb it is they cant trap it if it is raining poor thing might get wet,they must think they dont come out when it rains,yea right
