There you go again, choosing to believe in Hell when it suits your desire for me to go there. Any other time you'd be saying "Hell does not exist, and I know that for a fact", but yet when I've exposed your hatred, suddenly you post vindictively towards me as if it does exist.
I am a fully understanding Christian who fully understands your agenda , and your agenda is to know full well everything about God and His Word, including His existence, then turn your nose away from Christianity and God, while living a mentally corrupted life of bashing Christians.
I also know that your true allegiance is to the Liar, Satan.
You been duped into worshipping that beast and you are becoming as much of a nasty beast as he is.
I'm only telling the world on topix, as I tell you, that I know for a fact that you are going to Hell to suffer intense agony as punishment for the unwise choices of your committed life of blasphemy against God.
Knowing that you know the plan of salvation , and have willfully rejected it, I am no longer under any obligation to lead you to the truth, and just like you wake up every single day with an evil vigor to slander, disparage, and mock Christians, I wake up everyday to do the same to anti-Christians.....moreso so that people can see the direct connection between atheism and the destruction of our world's morals. Atheism set the morals of our world spiraling downward moreso in the past 40 years than in any time in history, and you are playing a vital part in corrupting our world.
We Christians will be able to watch you as you are thrown into Hell, just after Christ says to you on that horrible day of your judgement "I never knew you".
I also spend my time pointing out how you atheists have poisoned our society by infecting it with intentions of destroying every life it touches.
My life is committed to destroying atheism by exposing its vile mission.
I never said I desired for you to go there.
I would never attack a christian.
You are no christian.
Tony and Halleluja Girl are christians.

How is it vindictive to tell you hell doesn't exist? I would think this freeing for a man who obviously lives in fear.

I am an atheist. Exactly how am I working for the devil? If I don't believe in god, how can I believe in the devil? Or angels, demons, people ressurecting the dead, water to wine etc.

You seem to be a very angry man. You are not a christian. You lack virtue this is evident in your posts. Furthermore, you know very little about your own book.

If you are going to wipe out atheism...there are billions of us.
So...get to work.

This life is all about LOVE.

----------

1 Corinthians 13
New International Version (NIV)

13 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

My apartment manager, Esperanza, said something that is beautiful, she said that no matter how hot it is, or how cold it is, or if it is raining, no matter what, it is a good day as long as her husband is alive, and as long as she can be with her husband. Her husband suffered from a stroke, and he was paralyzed for a while, but he is doing better now, and it really scared her. She loves her husband so much. It is beautiful that she loves her husband as much as she does, and I think that she has her priorities straight.

This life is all about love. I hope that I find a good woman soon, who will love me as much as Esperanza loves her husband. Love is beautiful.

Topix Christians love to lie about other people. It must be the love of Christ emanating from their hearts.

No, not ALL the Topix Christians. There are a few who really try to be "Christ-like."

But the Fundies, like Just Results, are full of hate and anger.
Their attitude is OT. "If you don't believe in our god, then you should die...and then suffer endlessly!"

That was Yahweh's policy in the OT... and actually in the NT too.
It's just stated a tiny bit nicer.

"Love, love, love....and oh yeah, burn in hell if you don't worship Yahweh. We won't actually come after you and kill you anymore. We'll wait for you to die (Yahweh will kill you) and gleefully hope you burn in hell eternally."

The religion of "Love." Right...

For the general edification....

The definition of "racy."

1. slightly improper or indelicate; suggestive; risqué.

2. vigorous; lively; spirited.

3. sprightly; piquant; pungent: a racy literary style.

4. having an agreeably peculiar taste or flavor, as wine, fruit, etc.

Amazing how many people on Topix don't know what "racy" means.....

That is one of the most vile parts of religion.
The divisiveness. The "us" versus "them" mentality.
It states plainly that you must not be friends with Muslims, Buddhists, Sihks, Hindus or nice people of ANY other religious persuasion.
Convert them or stay away from them.

But they are only mis-led compared to the "real" unbelievers, the atheists.
They are especially to be shunned because the rational thought process just might rub off on those Christians and Yahweh certainly doesn't want THAT to happen.

The reasons given for this divisiveness also declare that unbelievers are morally inferior to believers. No proof, mind you, just the bible writers elitist statement that it is so.

Like those who believe that light-colored skin is superior to dark, or that females are inferior to males, Christians believe they are "above" the rest of humanity, "special" because they have an invisible powerful friend.

We heathens should be "helped" to "see the light" and, if we won't agree to be delusional, then move on and not "cast pearls before swine."
Christians walk away with dire threats and warnings....to the effect of "you'll be sorry when your daddy gets home."
Many smile happily at the thought of sitting on their cloud watching others being tortured for eternity, thinking "well, I told you so."

The religion of Love? Hardly.
More like the religion of Ego.("I'm so special that a universe-creating, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent invisible superbeing loves ME and wants me to come live with him when I die.")
Yeah. Of course....

Yeah. Of course....
Birds of a feather flock together.

I have a friend who was running a business, and his whole crew was on drugs, and the business was failing, so he fired the whole crew, and he hired good Christians who did not do drugs, and his business totally improved, and the business became successful. That is just one example.

There is also guilt by association, where people judge you based on the people who you hang out with. And Proverbs tells you not to hang out with evil people.

Another example, I had a friend who gave a guy a ride, and the police pulled him over for failing to use his turn signal when turning, and the guy who he gave a ride to hid drugs in my friend's car, and my friend got busted for drugs even though my friend was a good Christian who did not do drugs.

There are many reasons why Christians should not hang out with evil people. Evil people will steal from you, they will lie to you, they will try to seduce your wife, they will molest your children, they will give you a bad reputation from being seen with them, they will ruin your business if you hire them, they will bring you trouble, and on and on.

We must be selective in who we hang out with, and we must be selective in who we marry, and we must be selective in who we bring to our homes, and we must be selective in who we hire, etc etc etc.

Sincerely,

Tony V.

I agree with your definition, as this denotation is found verbatim under "dictionary.com ". However, I think that some of the posters in this forum may simply objecting to what they feel are "improper, or "indelicate" comments. Indelicate means "offensive" or "tasteless". Perhaps they are not misusing their judgment, whether we may agree or disagree...they are entitled to their opinions. Thanks for the information, though, and have a blessed night.

So NONE of the crew that was on drugs were Christians? Seriously...then what religion were they following?
Tony wrote:

So how do you influence those "bad" people to change their behavior if you shun them?

Again, what religion was the guy who got a ride? In this country, there is about an 80% chance that he was. Perhaps he just wasn't a very "good" Christian.

What you are saying is that ALL Christians are "good" and ALL non-believers are "evil."
Tony, are you really that naive?(That was retorical. I think you are.)

Are you telling me that Mahatma Gandhi (a Hindu) and the Dalai Lama (a Buddhist) are "evil?"
Are you telling me that I am "evil?" I don't drink, do drugs, lie, steal or cheat. I am a good and decent person...and I am an atheist.

There are those who will do harm to themselves and others ....and there are those who won't. That's a fact of Life.
Christians are in both catagories. Non-believers are in both.
But check prison records statistics. You will find the group MOST represented in our prison system to be Christian. You will also find atheists under-represented.

I agree that one should give thought to the character of the people one associates with...but that judgement should NOT be based on religious beliefs or the lack of them.
It should be based on an honest assessment of their character, ethics and morals, regardless of where they are derived from.
