Thank you brother for your input.RE: YOUR FIRST POINT
For nearly 60 years I have been reading what has been regarded as Current Events aka The News
It was only after I was discharged from the military that I found that the News had very little to do with reality. Additionally, I discovered the Wests most egregious pro Israqel/pro Zionist bias after returning from the Mid East (Islamic World in 1973) where I spent 10 -11 moths wandering from country to country, by myself,(via camelback, bus, foot etc) and living from the kindness of Muslim strangers.I discovered that everything (all the thought shaping etc) I had been told about those Evil Muslims was cruel and racist B.S.
To be brief, I was not surprised to discover the following:
DECLASSIFIED SENATE INVESTIGATION FILES REVEAL CLANDESTINE, ISRAELI PR CAMPAIGN IN AMERICA
EXCERPT: "It is frightening how easily some in the American news media surrendered to a foreign public relations campaign.CONTINUED
The AZC's internal "Information and Public Relations Department" reports.
EXCERPT:Between 1962-1963 the Senate Foreign Relations Committee subpoenaed internal reports of the American Zionist Council during its investigation into the activities of registered agents of foreign principals.CONTINUED
The following reports detail how the American Zionist Council used the funding in a sophisticated campaign to cajole and intimidate news media, subvert open debate about Israel and undermine reporting about key issues of the day...
The Senate investigation closed down the conduit, but the extensive propaganda activities still go on." CONTINUED

That Western People have "child like" faith in every thing they read and listen in Media is not a new phenomenon, it is centuries old.
I remember that in 1850 s one Indian Muslim learned men went to London on a religious mission. In those days India was ruled by the Mighty British Empire and every White Man was a Demi-god sort of things.
Going to London and meeting "real white men" in their den was the ultimate which "colored people of India" could imagine.
After a few months, he wrote back to his friends in India:
"I had the impression that average British man would be very intelligent and he will analyze every report and every news item before accepting it. But after reaching here, I realized that I am mistaken. Average man here never analyzes what he reads in newspapers, he just believes in it..... no mission has any future in these countries unless they establish a good News paper here".
That advice was given in 1850 s. Jews took it whole heartly , while Muslims are still trying to establish a single good quality International Newspaper in English in any of the Western country.
Even if they try, the main line media would see to it that it is called by accusing it to be "soft on terrorism" and propagating ideas that are "damaging to US dreams" etc!!
