I say Italy, because I know this culture better than any other (From Sardinia). But I enjoy the music and culture of Arabian countries outside of the turmoil and bad reps they've gotten.

Why I say Italy:

My family is Italian.
We have great food, which is enjoyed world wide.
We have impeccable taste, that is...for the fashion people...Versace, Prada, D&G...just to name a few.
We have luxurious, fast cars!! i.e. Ferrari, Lamborghini.
We have a very rich cultural history! i.e. Roman Empire, ancient structures that STILL stand today. Beautiful Romance language!
Many people in the world adore Italy's women and men for their beauty and charm.(Not all are fat and greasy and hairy)
The popular video game, Mario, depicts an Italian plumber. And that's about all I can think of for now.

Notable Italian Celebs:

Monica Bellucci
Martina Stella
Raul Bova
Antonio Sabato Jr.
Manuela Arcuri
Sofia Loren
Frank Sinatra
Gina Lollobrigida

Just to name a few

Why I say Arabian countries:

Minus the bad reputations and turmoil...I enjoy their music! Not all though! But traditional songs.
Although Arabic is harsh on the ears...I think the character they write in are unique and cute.
They have an intriguing style in home decor and traditional clothes (And I'm not talking about the 1's in Hijabs and Burkas)
Beautiful women (the 1's I can see that aren't covered) They have such gorgeous eyes.
Belly dancing!! I love doing this, it's a great workout and very entertaining
Their food is good too try shwarma! Yum!
That's all I can think of, about the 'forbidden lands'

Notable Arabians Celebs:

Haifa Wehbe
Amr Diab
Tamer Hosny
Karl Woolf
Dana Halabi
Shakira (Half)
Salma Hayek (Half)
Lara Khoury

Any Culture out there is either influenced by its home religion or by its wealth. Either you have too radical religious zealots in one part of the world or you have money hungry selfish leeches without any religion in the other part of the world. The people that can keep a balance between money and religion has the BEST culture in my point of view.

Though without conceptualizing the issue, I think Greeks have a great culture, thats my feeling after watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding;) and also I have some Greek friends and they always seem happy kind of like the Indian Punjabis, there always in a good mood and fun to hang around.

Iraq. Gotta love the honor killings. A good way to keep your kids in line. "Do as I say or the village will stone you to death." Works much better than "do as I say or you're grounded."

I would have to vote Italy. Italy DRAFTS every single male of age, and FORCES them to be police officers in another city. Not killing soldiers/civilians like american drafts, but a CIVIL draft, where officers must settle civil disputes justly, chase theives etc. One learns to identify the dangerous/bad aspects of the society they protect.
you do not understand how something like this can change ones perspective being ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE. It ensures that every male knows of authority & responsibility to his own culture, and social responsbility.(there are also career Polizia as too)

Hey thanks for posting this, I did not know Italy did this. I think that would be very good for our country as well.

It's hard to say, many countries have interesting parts. I'd say anywhere openminded and nice weather (though rough weather can be beautiful too).
