Ok what is flagging? Paragraphs might have made the first post semi-readable, however the rambling makes it impossible to follow.

Does it maybe mean he has a problem conforming to terms of service? I'm guessing his post here will get reported...

Somebody should sue Craigslist for allowing this melicious activity. Any Attournies out there want to jump in on a class action Law suit? Seems they should be resposible for what happens in their website when it harms the general public.

I cant advertise on any other site it wont do any good, Craigslist owns the the advertising idustry with all the hits they get. They do not do anything to protect a business advertiser and a business needs them to survive. I suppose a lawsuit might work but I really think legislature could pass a bill to get them regulated since they deal so heavily with the general public. Probably the petition would work with a civil law suit.

And because you are unable to answer a simple question, now you have lost my attention.

Attempting to make it look like everyone agrees with you by posting under a dozen names makes you look immature. Although you achieved that in your very first post with the foul language. Try to learn how to appropiately express yourself if you want to be taken seriously.

You hit a nerve that a lot of people are angry about. Craigslist will sooner or later be responsible for letting people harass the advertisers.

You need to do more research on your advertising on CL to see if it is recognized, you can repost but the Craigslist site has software that detects your IP address so you need to change it first and then make your ad unique when reposting. I am going to the petition to see what it is about.

The ONLY people who get angry when Flagged are those who refuse to follow their rules. Their site, they pay for it, their rules.

You are a complete idiot! There is NO legal basis for the suit.
You don't like their system? Stay OFF their website.

This isn't true considering ANYONE can flag a person. I can flag someone simply because I don't like the color of their car. That doesn't mean that they were violating the terms of service. People abuse the flagging button.

My only grief with craigslist is that when you google search for something you have to sift through a bunch of old craigslist adds in the search engine because the cookies arent deleted and the keywords make those adds come up. It just helps clog the entire intranet. I guess I should be bitching more to google though because they could write promgramming to block out craigslist in there search engine. Or at least have a way to manually do it yourself.

I too am being flagged wrongly by someone on craigslist. Nothing wrong with my ad except someone else has the same item which they are asking more for and I am pretty sure that is the person flagging my ad. It has happened 3 times and everytime I put it back up within a few hours it get flagged again. I did the contact craigslist crap of course no response.

I see your post is over a month old,but FWIW,try adding
-craigslist
to your search words. the minus sign tells the search engine you only want pages that do not contain that word.

Craigslist puts all the small local advising media out of business and they allow the proxy severs to do anything they want. I wish they would be sued out of existence so the small papers could come back
